With global, cross-industry experience in sales consulting, sales performance improvement, leadership development, channel consulting and management training, Chris helps clients increase the productivity of their entire sales channel. He has designed and developed major strategic change programs on a multi-national scale, adapting processes to address different levels of market maturity and developing tools to meet the needs of diverse audiences and cultures.
Before joining Trium, Chris was CEO of Integratis, a global management consulting firm and training solutions provider. There, Chris developed a portfolio of instructor-led training programs in Consultative Selling, Channel Management, Leadership and Coaching. Previously, Chris was the Managing Director of ODI in UK, a Boston-based consulting firm that specializes in organizational development, corporate alignment and strategy deployment.
Chris began his career with Jardine Matheson & Co. where he built the most profitable branch office in the UK and was appointed Regional Sales Manager on the West Coast USA. He earned his MA from Emmanuel College, Cambridge University, England. Chris is an experienced pilot who regularly flies aerobatics and he also competes in SCCA regional car racing events.
