Ed Morler


Ed advances breakthrough frameworks with aim to help develop a more emotionally mature society.


He is the author of two award-winning books that intertwine responsibility, integrity, and organizational and individual psychology: The Leadership Integrity Challenge: How to Assess and Facilitate Emotional Maturity (2005) and Finally Growing Up: Recognizing and Releasing Patterns of Limitation (2008). He is also a frequent guest lecturer and facilitator for leading organizations and conferences around the world, and the creator and former host of Contact Talk Radio's "What We Need to Know" program.

Ed is also the CEO of Morler International, a management training and consulting firm focusing on challenges of interpersonal and organizational effectiveness. He specializes in communication, presentation, and negotiation skills training as well as executive coaching, and custom design of integrated programs dealing with organizational change and revitalization. Earlier, Ed was a management consultant for Fry Consultants, Director of Administration for the Airline Pilots Association, a consultant to the Department of Labor, EVP of Sidney A. Fine Associates, and a Senior Trainer for Effective Communication Skills, Inc. He also served for four years as a U.S. Naval Officer.

A proud former Eagle Scout, Ed holds a PhD in Organizational Development from the University of Maryland at College Park, an MBA from the University of Chicago, and a BS from the Illinois Institute of Technology. He is also certified in Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Thought Field Therapy.
