Colette helps clients define and address the talent component of their business goals, working with them to achieve superior business results by aligning people behind strategy. She partners with clients to help realize leadership potential by focusing on high performance teaming and organization-wide culture change.
Colette has worked on a number of leadership development and organizational transformation programs for clients such as AXA Equitable, AXA UK & Ireland and Merck & Company.
Before joining Trium, Colette was a Senior Consultant with Sibson Consulting, where she worked with a variety of industry leaders to successfully execute their strategic objectives, including Johnson & Johnson, Corning, Credit Suisse and Avaya.
She holds a BA from the University of Rochester and an MBA from New York University's Stern School of Business. Colette has a passion for photography, which drove her to earn a certificate in photojournalism from the International Center of Photography. She lives in New York's Upper West Side with her husband Scott, her well-mannered two year old daughter Chloe and mischievous three year old son, Ethan.
