Monica Chi
Monica believes in transforming organizations through its leaders, and works closely with teams to establish effective leadership practices and attain strategic alignment.
Her areas of focus include transformation planning and execution, strategy clarification, leadership alignment and team performance.
Monica has played an integral role serving clients who are undertaking significant transformations and strengthening the power and capability of their leadership teams to execute complex strategies -- including Genentech, Nokia, Cisco Systems, Treasury Wine Estates, Symantec Corporation, McKesson, and Walmart.
Prior to joining Trium, Monica worked with the senior executive team at the Federal Bureau of Investigation post-9/11 on an array of organizational transformation, human capital and leadership development issues. Before her work with the FBI, Monica was a consultant with Accenture, where she specialized in change management and post-merger integration.
Monica earned a BA with honors in Human Biology from Stanford University, studied at Oxford University and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School. She was married in the fall of 2006 and loves living in San Francisco with her husband and adorable daughter.
