Kristine Whiteman Janhunen
Kristine delivers exceptional client results via extraordinary organizational navigation and a dogged get-things-done focus on execution.
She is particularly adept at getting cross-functional teams to collaborate and operate at their best, and for helping organizations refine and advance new product and service offerings.
Prior to joining Trium, Kristine worked in the emerging clean-tech space leading a number of large-scale solar projects and serving as Chief of Staff at BP Wind & Solar, a unit of London-based BP. Earlier, she served as director of Programs & Services for the Microsoft-backed start-up IT consultancy NPower, overseeing strategic planning efforts and managing a team of IT consultants and engineers to design, assess, and implement organization-wide evaluation of projects and initiatives. She began her professional career managing Federal grants and teaching high school science in the Northern Mariana Islands.
Kristine earned an MS in Management from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, an MA in School Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, and a BA in International Studies & Psychology from Taylor University. After living everywhere from Costa Rica to the Midwest, Kristine is thrilled to now call San Francisco home. An avid reader, salt-water enthusiast (scuba, snorkel), world traveler, and cook, Kristine enjoys the incredible outdoors with her husband John, her three children Teagan, Scout, and Finn, and her 100-lb Bernese Mountain Dog, Siiri.
