Mary Massey
Mary's passion lies in helping leaders see what is in front of them with a new perspective-ultimately creating new, productive dynamics, and tangible solutions.
She is a seasoned organizational effectiveness consultant and executive coach committed to partnering with clients to facilitate breakthroughs large and small. She specializes in building high-performing organizations from launch and navigating complex organizational changes, and has applied this specialty in an array of organizations including Barclays Global Investors, Cisco, and The World Bank.
Earlier, Mary spent roughly ten years in financial services at Goldman Sachs and ABN Amro Bank. At Goldman, she managed client services for some of the firm's "ultra" high net worth relationships. At ABN Amro, she led a small team in starting the first offshore hedge fund administration office in the Cayman Islands. These experiences helped her see how leadership and team effectiveness can drive bottom-line business results.
Mary completed her MBA at UCLA's Anderson School of Management, where she graduated as an Advanced International Fellow and completed overseas studies programs in Spain and Peru. Also while at UCLA, Mary worked with faculty as a consultant for the Johnson & Johnson/Head Start program, which provides management training and strategy consulting services to Head Start program directors. She earned her BS in Business Administration from Miami University of Ohio. These days, Mary enjoys spending time in sunny Sausalito, CA, sailing, volunteering in Spanish-speaking communities, and hanging out with her husband Rob and baby Charley.
