Brad helps leaders inspire their teams to reach higher levels of job satisfaction and productivity by addressing leadership, strategy and operational challenges. This work equips them to formulate, validate and execute large scale strategic and operational changes. His work and interests have made an impact in a variety of industries, including retail, consumer products, financial services, hospitality and real estate as well as for not-for-profits.
With his multi-industry experience, his multi-disciplinary capabilities and his enormous energy, Brad serves Trium's clients and guides Trium's internal operations and finance team.
Brad has helped global organizations such as Barclays Global Investors, Statoil (Norway), Gap Inc. and McKesson tackle a wide variety of business challenges in the areas of executive team development, corporate and operating strategy, and post-merger management.
Before joining Trium, Brad was an Engagement Manager with McKinsey & Company, where he helped Fortune 500 clients address service operations challenges in the areas of category management, customer experience, labor management, organizational design, retail operations and sales force effectiveness. Prior to McKinsey, Brad served a multi-national consumer products manufacturer and retailer on an operational restructuring initiative. He has also worked with the U.S. Department of State under Madeleine Albright on its global real property strategy. Earlier in his career he made private equity investments for Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette Merchant Banking (now Credit Suisse) and was an investment banker with Goldman, Sachs & Co, where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions, structured products and corporate finance. Additionally, Brad has served as executive director of a national not-for-profit and has founded two volunteer-based community service organizations.
Brad holds a B.A. in Mathematics magna cum laude from Haverford College, in Haverford, PA, where he was elected early to Phi Beta Kappa. He earned his MBA from Harvard Business School.
Brad has trekked to the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro and is an experienced scuba diver.
