Our Team
As the leader of Trium's London network, Laura helps clients develop their personal leadership skills, those of their teams and those of their broader organization.
Laura has been working with Trium since early 2007 and leads our London network. She leads engagements with a variety of clients in London and across Europe, covering a range of sectors, particularly financial services and the public sector. She combines her strategy and psychology experience to help clients clarify their direction and develop the individual, team and organizational capability to deliver it. During her time with Trium, she has designed and delivered leadership development programmes, worked closely with several senior executive teams and supported clients in leading organizational cultural change.
Before joining Trium, she spent over six years at McKinsey & Company in London, working on a variety of strategic and organizational issues for clients from a wide range of sectors over three continents. During this time, she acted as a leadership expert where she helped clients improve their leadership, while developing McKinsey's approach to leadership consulting as well as advising partners and their teams on client leadership issues.
Laura holds a BA in Physiology and Psychology from Oxford University and a PhD in cognitive neuroscience from Cambridge University
