Our Team
Before joining Trium, Alia worked for AXA Investment Managers in Germany and then AXA Rosenberg Global Services LLC, an investment management firm in the San Francisco Bay Area.
She held a variety of positions which ranged from global human resources to strategic program management with a focus on organizational development. Working across multiple cultures and regions, Alia was able to apply the skills she acquired from her Masters degree in cross-cultural leadership.
Alia earned her BA in Comparative Literature from Brown University, was a Fulbright scholar, and has a Masters degree in Intercultural Leadership, Service and Management from the School for International Training (SIT). In her free time, she pursues her passion for singing through her involvement in a community a cappella group and enjoys traveling, tennis and volunteer work.
