Our Team
Bria plays a strategic role on Trium's operations team, managing all recruiting and marketing efforts.
In her recruiting role, Bria leads Trium's efforts to build a scaleable, streamlined recruiting process. She ensures that all hiring efforts are aligned with the firm's strategic vision and values, as well as manages each candidate's experience from start to finish. In her marketing role, she generates and manages all brand-building and marketing efforts.
Prior to joining Trium, Bria worked at RTX Group, a personal and professional development organization, where she coordinated client meetings and coaching sessions. Before RTX, Bria was the Youth Director at Piedmont Community Church, coordinating and leading programs and outreach activities for 100 youth in the community.
She holds a BA from Willamette University and completed coursework at The Sorbonne in Paris during this time. Bria also pursues a passion for acting, appearing in stage and film productions in the Bay Area.
