Lisa Sorani
Our Team
Lisa’s primary talent lies in working with business leaders on issues of human capital.
As our Director of HR, she works with the team on matters related to advocacy, risk, HR compliance, performance management, employee development and recruiting. The same value proposition that Trium brings to its clients, Lisa also effects within our firm and our people.
Before joining Trium, Lisa was with Thomas Weisel Partners for four years, acting as Associate Director of Human Resources. Prior to that she was a part of the team at Hambrecht & Quist and also spent some time as an HR Manager at both an online media company and an architectural firm.
She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco and a BA in Psychology from California State University, Chico. In addition, Lisa is certified as an SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources).
She works out of our San Francisco office and lives in the sunny neighborhood of Mission Bay/Potrero Hill with her husband Steven and cat Micky. She and Steven both train for triathlons and love to ski and snowshoe in the winter.
