Jonathan helps clients achieve exceptional results in the face of rapid change, limited resources or internal barriers. He helps teams in a variety of industries meet their unique challenges by reaching higher standards for clear, logical and authentic interactions.
With more than ten years of management consulting experience, Jonathan has worked with industry leaders such as Cisco, Wells Fargo, Barclay's Global Investors, Statoil and IBM.
Jonathan leads Trium's partnership with the U.C. Berkeley Center for Executive Development, a groundbreaking, highly-tailored executive development program combining university resources with an incisive approach to understanding unique business challenges and ultimately meeting participants' distinct educational and developmental requirements.
Before joining Trium, Jonathan was a managing consultant for Towers Perrin's strategy and organization consulting group. Earlier, Jonathan worked for Public Citizen, a policy and advocacy organization in Washington, D.C. There he specialized in energy-related issues and discovered an aptitude for individual and organizational effectiveness. He supports local non-profit organizations through pro-bono consulting and private donations.
Jonathan has lived and worked in Japan, Hong Kong, Malaysia, France, Norway and England. He holds a BA in Political Science from Yale University and an MBA with honors from U.C. Berkeley. He also teaches and speaks on leadership development and strategy execution issues. A San Francisco Bay Area native, he lives in Oakland with his wife Virginia and their son William.
