Our Team

Andrew works with clients to create fundamental change in their organizations. As a founder of Trium, he has spent the past 15 years working with leaders around the world to help them develop and implement strategy.

His areas of expertise include strategy development, culture change, executive team development and leadership-driven change management. In all of his work, Andrew leverages a broad range of tools and practices to help his clients create solutions that work and breakthroughs that last.

Andrew has led client engagements for a wide variety of organizations across a wide range of industries. His clients have included companies such as Cisco, The Gap, Symantec, Virgin Atlantic and Comcast and have covered a broad range of industries - everything from healthcare and bio-technology, to transportation and financial services.

Before founding Trium, Andrew was a leader in Towers Perrin's Strategy and Organization practice, where he partnered with clients to tackle issues ranging from go-to-market strategy to merger integration. Before his consulting career, Andrew was an officer in the United States Marine Corps where he refined his hands-on approach to leadership development and strategy implementation during operations in South Korea, Japan and the United States.

Andrew holds a BA from Reed College and an MBA from Georgetown University. He lives in Mill Valley with his wife Lisa and their young son Leo. Andrew is also an experienced triathlete and Ironman competitor and is a founder of Endurance, a unqiue performance training center that brings leading- edge training technologies to athletes of all levels.
