Rani is a seasoned business leader with more than 15 years of strategy, marketing and consulting experience, mostly in the food & beverage, retail and health care sectors.
Her areas of interest and expertise include: innovation, strategic marketing, developing and nurturing business partnerships.
In addition to her client work as a member of the Trium family, Rani leads client engagements for the Center for Culinary Development, a food and beverage product development firm. Before this, she was a manager in the consumer innovations marketing group of Johnson & Johnson's LifeScan, Inc. Rani has extensive consulting experience from working as a case team leader with The Monitor Group and as a manager with A.T. Kearney. She also spent several years at Gap Inc., directing the retailer's market planning, corporate strategy and business development efforts.
Rani holds an MBA from the University of Virginia's Darden Graduate School of Business and BAs in Political Science and English from Vanderbilt University. Her outside interests include gourmet cooking, golf, and international travel.
