Anna is committed to helping others find ways to strengthen their abilities and to live with greater meaning and commitment in their lives.
She has spent more than 18 years in the field of learning and development and specializes in executive coaching with an emphasis on leadership.
Anna coaches leaders and their teams and creates custom-designed programs inside organizations to facilitate culture change, enhance productivity and improve employee retention and satisfaction. Her coaching approach encourages individuals to self-correct, helping them sustain their own learning and development.
Prior to consulting, Anna led organizational development at Reebok, Nike, and Nestle. Her clients include Gap Inc., Williams-Sonoma Inc., Levi Strauss & Company, Ralph Lauren Polo, Discovery Communications, Johnson & Johnson, BEA Systems, Sun Microsystems, VeriSign, BEA Systems, Cadence, Apple Computer, Adidas, Bite Communications and ACF Newsource.
She is a certified International Coaching Federation coach and an adjunct faculty member with New Ventures West, a school focused on developing coaching competence. Anna graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, with a BA in Psychology.
