Caryn Kaftal
Our Team
Caryn brings over 20 years of experience working as a Trusted Advisor to CEOs and senior leaders on topics related to leadership and large-scale organization change. She specializes in the areas of leadership effectiveness, senior team alignment, and strategic talent management.
Prior to starting her own firm, ck and co., Caryn was a Senior Client Partner at Korn/Ferry in their Leadership Solutions Practice in NY where she helped transform the firm to an integrated human capital solutions provider. Caryn previously spent several years in change management consulting with Mercer Delta working with the leadership teams of Fortune 100 clients across a wide range of industries, including media, financial services, life sciences, retail, telecommunications, energy and automotive.
Caryn comes to New York from Paris where she spent the past five years working with a variety of global clients and international teams. Earlier in her career Caryn was an Executive with General Electric Company. She brings deep experience in strategic human resource management and corporate leadership.
Caryn is an experienced assessor, facilitator and coach, lecturing on topics of strategic communication, leadership effectiveness and organization change. She holds a BA in International Relations and European History from the University of Pennsylvania, an MA in Liberal Studies and Communications from Wesleyan University, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
