Lucy brings a dynamic blend of humor, compassion, honesty and rigor to her work with business professionals.
Her understanding of the people-side of corporate culture and business has deepened over the 15 years during which she has consulted, designed and delivered workshops in diverse organizational settings.
Lucy has led programs in team building, leadership development and presence, presentation skills, management development, customer service, coaching and communication skills. Her clients include Barclays Global Investors, Deloitte & Touche, The Chicago Tribune, Gap Inc., The Kellogg School of Management, AT&T, Charles Schwab, Eskom Power Company (South Africa) and Sandia National Laboratories.
Lucy holds a degree in Philosophy from the University of Cape Town, South Africa.
