Meredith works with clients to clarify vision and strategy, identify the shifts required to achieve desired future states, and develop inspiring and credible stories that catalyze action.
She combines her expertise in systems thinking and adult learning to identify the key levers for enabling organizational change. Her work in various sectors of corporate industry including technology, healthcare, retail, and finance has helped her to develop extensive organizational, interpersonal, and cross-cultural communication skills.
In addition to her work with Trium, Meredith is now a Principal Consultant at Atalanta Partners, LLC. Earlier, she worked in technology and professional development for Intel Corporation, and prior to that, as AVP of Application Development and Support at Essex Corporation, where she established best practices in user experience design and testing. She has also developed a number of internal knowledge management systems throughout her career.
Meredith holds an MA in Education with a focus in Learning, Design and Technology from Stanford University, and a BA in French and Linguistics from New York University. On the weekends, you can find Meredith trolling the farmer's market in her San Francisco home neighborhood of Noe Valley, thrifting in the Mission District, or hunting for treasures in Japan Town.
