Dan is a personal coach specializing in leadership, goal attainment and fulfillment issues for executives, professionals and entrepreneurs.
He has coached hundreds of individuals in personal and business settings to improve their personal effectiveness, reach their goals and more fully enjoy their work and their lives.
Dan has broad business background in improving productivity and creating value in service, manufacturing and energy companies. He has led successful projects in Business Process Design, Strategic Planning and Analysis, High Performance Teaming and the Successful Implementation of Change for companies such as IBM, Hitachi Construction Machinery (America), Mobil Oil, Texaco, Conoco and Microsoft.
In the past, Dan has held roles as Engineering Manager and IT Project Director for the printing giant R. R. Donnelley, and Vice President of the Sterling Consulting Group.
He holds a bachelor's degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering, as well as numerous continuing education certifications including Coach University and the Executive Development Program of the Harvard Business School Club of Buffalo.
