Sherri's passion is working with organizations to unlock their potential by defining the essence of their businesses and brands and then helping them advance strategies that will ultimately deliver marketplace success.
Having held senior-level marketing and strategy positions at Sara Lee Corp., HanesBrands and Levi Strauss & Co., Sherri serves clients with more than 20 years of experience developing, revitalizing, and growing businesses for some of the world's most recognized brands. In her various VP of Marketing and Strategic Planning roles, Sherri has developed long-range planning processes, built business plans, and developed winning marketing strategies for both launch stage and mature businesses.
Sherri holds a BS in Business Administration from Florida A&M University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. In alignment with her passion for conscious living and transformation of the cultural paradigm to protect humanity and the planet, Phillips is also currently pursuing a MA in Culture & Spirituality at Holy Names University's Sophia Center.
Sherri serves on the Board of the Friends of the San Francisco Commission on the Status of Women, as an Advisory Board Member for Earthfire Institute, and on the Board of Plair Holdings Corp. She resides in Oakland, CA with her son Eric, dog Bart, and expert mouser, Marley the Tabby.
