Larry Singer

Our Team

Larry helps implement public programs to protect our nation's most vulnerable and disadvantaged populations. He sees technology as the vehicle through which success can be achieved.

To Trium he brings over twenty years experience working with some of the world's largest and most innovative IT organizations in a wide variety of roles.

Most recently, Larry was a Senior Vice President at Sun Microsystems, Inc., where he was responsible for helping the computer and software systems vendor reconnect with the needs of Chief Information Officers (CIO) and their enterprise IT functions. Before joining Sun, he was appointed by Governor Roy Barnes as Georgia's first CIO, and was the first Executive Director of one of that state's largest agencies, the Georgia Technology Authority. There he built and led one of the nation's most innovative government information technology enterprise governance programs, which allowed Larry to pursue his passion helping underprivileged groups.

Additionally, he was the Founder, Chairman and Executive Director of Public Interest Breakthroughs, a not-for-profit consultancy that assisted state governments in their efforts to build child welfare tracking and management systems to assist in the successful deployment of welfare reform initiatives.

Larry was also a research fellow at the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
