Jon enjoys helping organizations align and transform, working with them to define and manage initiatives involving strategic planning, change management, and human capital development.
With a strong results orientation and a deep commitment to client relationships, Jon has spent more than 15 years establishing himself as a specialist in the areas of Executive and Management Training, Kaizen/Continuous Improvement, Organizational Assessments, and Organizational Development.
Before affiliating with Trium, Jon founded his own shop, SCE Consulting. Earlier in his impressive career, Jon was a Director at private equity firm American Capital, where he served as an internal operating consultant to a range of portfolio companies, and before that, as a consultant in Booz Allen Hamilton's Organization & Strategy practice. He also spent roughly two years in an internal consulting and store leadership program role at The Home Depot.
Jon earned his MBA at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, and his BS in Engineering from Cornell University. A resident of Virginia, Jon thoroughly enjoys spending his free time with his wife and three children.
