Biography»
How has Trium helped you develop both professionally and personally?
A:Most of us go through lives trying to downplay or hide our weaknesses which at times can stifle or prevent career or personal growth. At Trium, we regularly but naturally, encourage each other to acknowledge and face our challenges with truth and courage.
Sometimes it is as simple as using humor to make a point or as involved as having authentic deep conversations to shift mindsets and dissect roadblocks. Trium provides a caring environment for me to not be afraid to work outside the box and I am consistently testing the limits of my own personal comfort level in order to deliver outstanding results in a way that helps me grow and develop. There were many opportunities for me at Trium to test this mindset. Also I became more relaxed in my personal life and have become more comfortable having courageous conversations with my friends and family. I feel I have found the right company at the right time.
What makes the Trium team so unique?
A:Trium hires the very best in every position. Everyone here has come to Trium with a strong belief in its mission and values and a strong sense of connection to the members on the team. We constantly strive to do the best for our clients, colleagues, and vendors. We build relationships, rather than have transactional conversations and it is through these relationships that we are able to live out our values and serve the mission of our organization.
What kind of unique skills and capabilities does the Trium team have?
A:Trium's Partners and Senior Leaders are results-focused, but flexible and collaborative in their approach. The Consultants and Client Services team are skillful in observing, listening, and guiding clients through challenging situations. And finally, the Operations team has a combination of solid operations experience with a range of diverse non-traditional business experience in education, theatre and psychology. This combination allows us to do the job effectively, but in a way that emulates and brings to life our organizational values.
