The firm seeks at least one additional Client Service Associate to help support its consulting teams in delivering extraordinary, high-impact value to clients. The Work


As a Trium Client Service Associate, you will proactively and responsibly support internal and external projects to ensure seamless delivery of the firm's services, working effectively with Trium team members and our clients. Client Service Associates are highly adaptable teammates, adroit at managing project logistics while providing comprehensive support to one or more engagement teams. Responsibilities include the following:

  • Support consulting team in the delivery of client work and strategic firm priorities
  • Create and manage project logistics and work plans proactively with guidance from a Trium team leader
  • Capture interview notes and help synthesize them into findings documents with key themes
  • Create professional, client-ready documents and presentations based on rough inputs from other team members.
  • Manage project expense budgets
  • Create and deliver key communications, both internally and externally
  • Run logistics for 10-300-person offsite events with clients
  • Build and maintaining high quality relationships with key contacts on the client side
  • Drive the processes for clients' assessment of Trium's work and Trium's internal performance management

 

Key Requirements


To be considered, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree from a reputable university or college
  • Four or more years relevant professional working experience, preferably with a management consulting or professional services firm
  • Significant project management work experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the potential to connect with, inspire and contribute to the your clients and teammates
  • Strong MS Office skills - especially the ability to convey information & ideas highly effectively in PowerPoint
  • Strong character and commitment to outstanding results in everything you do
  • Willingness and ability to travel, sometimes week after week for significant periods of time
