What you will do

 

As a Client Services Manager, you will proactively and responsibly support internal and external projects to ensure seamless delivery, working effectively with all levels of an organization, including client team members, managers and senior executives

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Client Services Managers are highly adaptable teammates, adroit at managing project logistics while providing comprehensive support to our consulting team. Responsibilities include the following:

 

  • Supporting all aspects of Trium's client work and strategic priorities
  • Assuming project management of large-scale client engagements by: managing multiple project schedules, identifying interdependencies and proactively resolving conflicts
  • Conducting organizational discovery through survey tools
  • Running the logistics of a 10-300 person offsite event
  • Building and maintaining high quality relationships with key contacts on the client side
  • Driving the processes for clients' assessment of Trium's work and Trium's internal performance management
  • Creating and delivering key communications, both internally and externally

We are also looking for individuals who possess the qualities critical for success in our business, including excellent writing skills, resourcefulness, tenacity, passion, self-confidence and a strong work ethic.

 

Suitable candidates must possess the following qualifications:

 

  • Undergraduate degree from a reputable university or college (preferred)

  • Three or more years relevant professional working experience, preferably with a management consulting firm

  • Project management experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the potential to connect with, inspire and contribute to the careers of senior executives and consultants

  • Strong character and commitment to outstanding results in everything you do

  • Strong MS Office software skills, especially PowerPoint
