What we're looking for
To be successful at Trium, you need to have three distinct but inter-related capabilities.
- A rigorous background in “hard” business consulting focused on strategy development, strategy execution, large-scale change and organization structure and process issues – skill and technology and related implementation are helpful, but not our game
- A genuine interest in and personal commitment to building companies that foster and embrace the challenge of making the world a better place – you understand the dynamics of human behavior and have a deep appreciation for how these issues play out in organizations to create and/or destroy value. You also have done “work on yourself” and bring a high-level of self-awareness and self-management to your work
- A passion for being an entrepreneur – you excel at working in unstructured business environments where initiative and creativity are critical – you know how to make things happen and how to leverage relationships, and you want an opportunity to apply those skills in a well established firm that is truly entrepreneurial in every sense of the word
