The firm is now seeking additional Managing Consultants to serve our growing client base. Each hire must be one who brings 3+ years of top-tier management consulting firm experience including experience managing client engagements and the presence / gravitas to be a trusted advisor to C-level clients in leading global companies. The Work
Key responsibilities include the following:
- Managing client projects and project teams under the direction of a Trium principal, collaborating with senior client executives to: shape their vision, develop effective strategy, identify the mindsets and behaviors that will bring their desired end-state to life, prepare them and their teams for successful execution, create innovative new approaches to catalyze change in ways that are aligned with clients' highest intention and vision, and steward the organization as transformation, change, or other desired execution is advanced
- Providing ongoing coaching and advisory support as needed, to clients and Trium team members... including providing ongoing feedback to Trium team members, to help the entire organization elevate its game
- Playing an instrumental role in building out the Trium team via active participation in firm recruiting
- Supporting Trium leadership team members' in their pursuit of new business opportunities
Key Requirements
The successful Trium Managing Consultant is a person who has a rigorous, traditional consulting background including experience in strategy development and execution, large-scale change or organizational structuring ANDgenuine interest and ability in what some would say are the “soft” sides of business: leadership, culture, and people. The successful candidate is also one who demonstrates entrepreneurialism, strong intention, results orientation, self awareness, situational awareness, and commitment to people. He or she is one who is excited to take their game to a higher level. Candidates must also possess the following qualifications:
- An MBA or equivalent degree from a top-tier school
- A strong record of professional success, including at least 3 years of consulting experience in a top-tier consulting firm
- Excellent grasp of business strategy
- An appreciation for people, leadership, and culture as enablers of successful execution
- Exceptional communication, presentation, facilitation and interpersonal skills
- Strong character and a passion for self-discovery and personal development
