The firm is looking for a highly accomplished management consulting leader with strong EQ and IQ to play an integral leadership role selling and delivering consulting services and helping the firm reach the next level. This critical team addition MUST be one who brings several years of top-tier management consulting firm leadership experience and a track record of results at the level of senior engagement manager or above, given that he or she will be expected to apply time-tested expertise, presence, and gravitas as a trusted advisor to C-level clients within leading global companies. As a Principal, you will be an central team member with crucial responsibility for selling Trium's consulting services and then leading or overseeing management and delivery of those services. You will be expected to master Trium's highly experiential models and other state-of-the-art tools and techniques, and to be an exceptional facilitator and trusted advisor for key clients.

The Work

• Developing new business opportunities and selling new work, including expanding existing client relationships
• Managing client engagements and project teams from start to finish, collaborating with senior client executives to: shape their vision, develop effective strategy, identify the mindsets and behaviors that will bring their desired end-state to life, prepare them and their teams for successful execution, create innovative new approaches to catalyze change in ways that are aligned with clients' highest intention and vision, and steward the organization as transformation, change, or other desired execution is advanced
• Providing ongoing coaching and advisory support as needed, to clients and Trium team members... including providing ongoing feedback to Trium team members, to help the entire organization elevate its game
• Playing an instrumental role in building out the Trium team via active participation in firm recruiting

 

Key Requirements

The successful Trium Principal is one who has a rigorous, traditional consulting background including experience in strategy development and execution, large-scale change or organizational structuring AND genuine interest and ability in what some would say are the "soft" sides of business: leadership, culture, and people. The successful candidate is also one who demonstrates entrepreneurialism, strong intention, results orientation, self awareness, situational awareness, and commitment to people. Candidates must also possess the following qualifications:

• An MBA or equivalent degree from a top-tier school
• A strong record of professional success, including at least 5 years of client-facing leadership experience and a track-record selling work
• Excellent grasp of business strategy as well as organizational and leadership issues
• Clearly demonstrated potential to develop new client relationships and sell consulting services
• Exceptional communication, presentation, facilitation and interpersonal skills
• Strong character and a passion for self-discovery and personal development
