You’ve worked with Trium in a variety of capacities over the years, what value have you consistently received from their work?

Trium helped us clarify our team’s vision and how we want to lead creating a beacon for the future we want to create. More importantly, Trium has an amazing ability to get senior teams to increase their performance and overall effectiveness. They were able to push our leadership team to think through things differently using their tools, frameworks and approaches. Our conversations not only shifted our team, but prepared us to have a significant impact on the broader organization.

What impact has Trium had on you?

Trium had a tremendous impact on me personally, helping me work through a transition period in my organization. That included understanding the reality of that transition and once I was able to stare that reality in the face, I felt prepared to take it on. I have also learned to get away from thinking about 10-step programs and list of actions. Instead, I start by looking at the underlying mindsets that drive our behaviors and results. I’ve learned that people change behavior with their hearts and their minds.

What do you think is distinct about Trium?

I’ve worked with a lot of consultants throughout my career and the thing that really differentiates Trium is their way of pushing strategies and teams by working at the level of mindset. The real magic is translating that work into practical actions. They are excellent at challenging teams to change their thinking, but keeping them on the hook to get practical and drive results.
