In order to advance our leadership position in regenerative medicine, we are undertaking a fundamental transformation of our current business model. A significant realignment of our strategic mindset was necessary and a difficult precursor to such a transformation. The Trium Group provided the senior management team with invaluable development tools as well as personal coaching support to facilitate this transformation.
