VIDEO | Inquiry For Business Leaders with Byron Katie

November 12-15, 2015, The Trium Group and world-renowned teacher Byron Katie took participants through a powerful multi-day experience aimed at exploring how The Work can be used to improve team effectiveness, clarify strategy, drive innovation, and shape corporate culture. Specifically, participants dug deeply into the question of how individual leaders can create coherence within themselves, their teams, and their organizations, and how they can become more effective at unlocking the collective wisdom of the organizations they lead.

As in the School for The Work, participants had the opportunity to practice Inquiry with Katie and with fellow attendees. In parallel, we explored how Inquiry can be effectively applied to business issues and challenges. Topics were integrated and assimilated through breakout sessions led by seasoned Trium consultants and coaches who are also students of The Work. Finally, leaders had the opportunity to network with one another and build lasting relationships through small group experiences, exercises and facilitated dialogues.
