Our very own Jonathan Rosenfeld shared the stage with some of the greats in the mindfulness and leadership space at the Wisdom 2.0 New Leader Summit in Mountain View. He brought his humor and wisdom to a conversation with Michelle Gale around coaching the “new leader.” While leaders operating in the old paradigm manage though power and control, there is a new leader emerging that practices self-awareness, harnesses group intelligence, and leads with wisdom and compassion. Drawing from over 30 years of experience catalyzing leaders to make these very shifts, Jonathan shared nuggets of wisdom from which we can all learn.
