San Francisco, Ca. (19 October 2020) – The Trium Group, a pioneering management consultancy that uniquely integrates strategy execution with coaching and leadership development, announces that Founder and CEO, Andrew Blum, has been named one of Consulting Magazine’s Top 25 Consultants for “Excellence in Leadership.”

Consulting Magazine has been recognizing forward-thinking consultants with the Top 25 distinction since 2000; this award is widely-held as the gold standard of individual recognition in the profession.

“I am honored to be among this distinguished group of recipients,” says Andrew Blum. “Over twenty years ago, we founded Trium based on a fundamental, but at the time, radical premise that the key to sustained breakthrough performance lies not just in solving business problems, but in continuously examining and evolving the collective psychology of the leaders tasked with leading change. For years, we have asserted that all strategy problems are leadership problems and all leadership problems are strategy problems. This perspective is only now being widely accepted, and it is my honor to be recognized with this award, which validates our unique approach to serving clients.”

The Trium Group was founded in 1998 with a mission of changing the world by changing the way business leaders think.
