Innovation is critical in today’s fast-moving, competitive marketplace – but if it were easy, everyone would be doing it. So what separates innovative leaders, teams and organizations from their less creative counterparts? The answer is mindset – the underlying beliefs and assumptions that you bring to any given situation – conscious or unconscious – that determine the action set available to you.

Trium was selected among other innovative Bay Area organizations to host a session in NewCo’s 2014 San Francisco conference. During our interactive session, participants were asked to identify a personal belief that blocked their ability to innovate and were guided through an experiential exercise with Catherine Gray that allowed them to “turn around” that belief as a way of opening new possibilities for creativity.

You can read more about our session and NewCo here.
