Austin Bauer is a leadership coach and facilitator helping organizations do better work by developing high-performing cultures rooted in empathy and integrity. Since launching the first-ever coaching function at the ad agency, Deutsch LA, Austin has facilitated the development of thousands of leaders at 100+ companies including YouTube, CBS, Kaiser Permanente, SAP, and the Federal Reserve Bank. He is an ICF-Certified coach (PCC level) through the Center for Executive Coaching and has volunteered with organizations like The Honor Foundation to craft the personal narratives of military special operators as they transition to civilian life. Austin’s first book, Get Promoted: How to Become Your Best Self at Work, was released in December 2020. He lives in Seattle, WA with his wife, their daughter, and a dachshund/husky mix named Pepper.
