Diana provides executive coaching, leadership team re-wiring, and organizational design and transformation consulting services to leaders of complex organizations with multiple stakeholders. Diana is passionate about removing emotional and interpersonal roadblocks from work so that people can just enjoy doing the work they love and do it well. Prior to becoming a coach, Diana was a Partner at The Boston Consulting Group, where she advised clients on a range of topics including organizational design, organizational behavior, culture design, leadership success, and organizational effectiveness. Diana consulted with Fortune 500 companies across industries over 16 years, with particular expertise in healthcare and financial services. Her deep focus on organizational issues for C-suite leaders led to her talk on the TED stage and to several articles about organizational design and organizational health. Diana also served as an internal coach, helping teams perform better and serve clients more effectively. Her passion for coaching and mentoring in particular led to her executive coaching training at Newfield Network and subsequent training in Positive Intelligence. Diana is experienced with various diagnostic tools (e.g. Hogan, MBTI, Enneagram, DISC, PQ).  Diana is a hot yoga devotee and lives in New York City with her husband and three children.
