Ella is passionate about ensuring that work is a place where people accomplish amazing things together and have fun along the way. And, of course, this starts at the top, with leaders who are clear and excited about what they are up to as well as able to support their teams in navigating the inevitable obstacles along the way. Ella has spent most of her career in various forms of consulting and is obsessed with understanding each client’s unique context and designing a tailored approach that will accelerate their path to success.

Prior to Trium, Ella was at an organizational effectiveness consulting firm where she helped clients adopt new meeting and email practices, establish decision-making frameworks, and clarify operating models. She has had stints in Finance, eCommerce, and impact investing, at big and small companies. Ella holds a BA in International Politics & Economics from Middlebury College and once upon a time, a very long time ago, studied at SciencesPo in Paris and will happily share her secrets for having the best time at the Louvre.
