Jeff Jacobson
Facilitator & Executive Coach

Jeff is a corporate coach and facilitator with over 25 years of experience, supporting leaders and other clients in managing change, enhancing performance, discovering cutting-edge solutions, and creating sustainable working environments. He works with his clients to help them build mastery, make humane, out-of-the-box decisions, and access a more playful approach to work and life. On faculty at the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), Jeff has taught thousands of students the inner workings of the coach approach, developed innovative programs, and supervised coach training. Additionally, he leads CTI’s Leadership Program, working with entrepreneurs, managers, and executives in a retreat setting to ignite their inherent strengths and create mutual, powerful alliances. Jeff holds a BA in Asian Studies with a Chinese Minor from the University of Puget Sound, has studied and worked extensively in East Asia, and offers trainings in Mandarin.

Education. Jeff is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and has his BA in Asian Studies from the University of Puget Sound.
