Executive Coach

Since entering the field of coaching over 20 years ago, Karen has supported professionals who are looking to gain a greater understanding of their individual strengths, navigate complex organizational structures, and show up more authentically in life. As a Georgetown University Certified Leadership Coach and the founding director of Landmark College’s Coaching Services Program, Karen pioneered the development of executive function coaching. As an executive function coach, Karen is known for her wisdom of neuroscience, psychology, and spiritual sources as well as leadership development and education. Throughout her practice, Karen draws upon the wisdom of her warm, focused, and holistic approach of both cognitive (of the mind) and somatic (of the body), which are supported by being a certified Hakomi Practitioner and educator. Karen is an educator and certified mentor coach who facilitates workshops and retreats across the country. She is a graduate of the NeuroAffective Touch Institute and holds her Master’s in Education from Lesley University.
