Sera is passionate about helping people and systems around her function at their best. She believes in developing deep, impactful relationships within her organizations and strives to make the workplace a place of purpose, connection, and efficiency. Sera has over five years of experience in administrative, project, and operations management, most notably across process improvement and multidisciplinary business initiatives. Prior to joining Trium, Sera worked at Cedars-Sinai Medical Foundation and the Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles and holds a BA in Spanish and Healthcare Studies from the University of Southern California. Outside of work, Sera enjoys tending to her plant garden, trying out different cuisines, spending time outdoors, and petting any four-legged furry friends that she comes across.
