For over 20 years, Victoria has been helping leaders author their own authentic stories, first as a filmmaker and now as an executive coach in the SF Bay Area. As a past leader of creative teams for companies like Visa, Microsoft, Gap and Kaiser, she has mastered the challenge of prioritizing initiatives amidst resource limitations and competing demands. Along with being an ICF-certified coach, Victoria holds an MS in Organization Development and is trained in numerous tools including The Leadership Circle, Enneagram iEQ9, DISC, FIRO-B, and Immunity to Change. Victoria’s methodology is grounded in a systems-level, evidence-based approach that delivers practical outcomes while honoring the human connection points that equip teams to thrive.

Education. Victoria is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation and holds an MS in Organization Development through the USF School of Management, and BA in Politics from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
