The Trium team is a dedicated group of seasoned leaders committed to catalyzing change.
Trium was founded in 1998, at a time when old business models were being re-examined and radical questions around what it means to be a leader were emerging. Our founders included management consultants, a world class whitewater guide, and a former Marine officer, who came together with a profound sense of mission and possibility. We saw that traditional consulting firms failed to recognize that all strategy problems are leadership problems and vice versa. That insight is at the core of our philosophy and consulting approach. We have served renowned industry leaders and scrappy startups in diverse industries across the globe. Though we’ve continued to learn and evolve over the past 20 years, our mission remains unaltered:

Our team is fluent in the languages of strategy, business performance, leadership, and interpersonal dynamics. We have worked extensively with large and small organizations, both as leaders and as senior-level consultants brought in to rethink strategy, redesign structure, amplify execution, and catalyze change. Our job is to mobilize our clients’ internal capacities to create change that is lasting and meaningful.
For more than a decade, Ali has advised and coached senior executives at a wide range of businesses to help them solve their most complex business challenges and maximize their leadership impact. As the first non-founding member of Napster, he engineered the groundbreaking server software critical to its explosive growth and led the development of its next-generation authorized file-sharing platform. As the current CEO of Sporcle, Ali understands first-hand the complex challenges that today’s business leaders face. These experiences, combined with an extensive technical background and in-depth coach training, enable him to create a unique and deeply impactful experience for his clients. Ali has a MBA from UC Berkeley Haas and a B.S in Computer Science and Mathematics from Carnegie Mellon University.
Alia is passionate about creating transformational learning experiences to help individuals increase their leadership capacity. With a background in organizational development and experience design, including as a Trium consultant (2009-2015), Alia returned to build and scale our Executive Development capabilities. Prior to this, she served as the Director of Employee Experience at The Nature Conservancy where she provided strategic guidance on talent management, virtual effectiveness, and employee wellbeing. She holds a Master’s degree in Intercultural Leadership from the School for International Training and a Bachelor’s degree from Brown University. Outside the office, you’ll find her kayaking the Russian river, planning her next international adventure, or tending to the apple orchard where she lives with her husband in Sonoma county.
Andrea is passionate about helping leaders activate the art and science of strategic change with courage, agility and intention. Prior to joining Trium, Andrea was a consultant with EY, where she collaborated with organizations to design agile and human-centered solutions for the strategic and leadership challenges that companies are facing in this fast paced, uncertain and increasingly disruptive environment. She spent the earlier years of her career teaching English in Vietnam and working in the executive search industry. Andrea has a Masters in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University and a BA in Sociology from Hamilton College. Outside of the office, you can find Andrea exploring the outdoors and the library.
As Founder and Chairman of Trium, Andrew is a globally recognized thought leader, pioneering strategy consultant, and sought-after C-Suite coach. He was recognized by Consulting Magazine as a Top 25 Consultant and has spent his career supporting clients in transformational change through a unique practice that integrates strategy, leadership, and culture. Andrew’s mission is to change the world by changing the way business leaders think. With over two decades of global consulting experience, he has led breakthrough engagements at many of the world’s leading organizations – from Fortune 50 companies to venture-backed unicorns. Prior to founding Trium, Andrew was a leader in Towers Perrin’s Strategy and Organization Practice. He also served as a 1st lieutenant in the United States Marine Corps. Andrew holds an MBA from Georgetown University and a BA in philosophy from Reed College. He is also on the Board of InsideCircle.org where he is actively involved with incarcerated and formerly incarcerated people who are leading positive change in their communities. Andrew is a dedicated family man, Ironman triathlete, accomplished big mountain skier, and avid supporter of a variety of causes aimed at raising consciousness on the planet.
A global executive coach, Anke is known for incorporating neuropsychology and mindfulness into her leadership work. Her clients describe her as warm, insightful, and grounded, empathically guiding them through necessary psychological shifts to bring about increased influence, impact and wellbeing. She holds an MBA from UC Berkeley Haas, an MS in Psychology from Technische Universität Darmstadt, and ICF Master Coach and EMCC Team Coach credentials. Her own leadership experience includes senior management positions at Bertelsmann AG, Europe’s biggest media company, and management consulting at Towers Perrin. Having worked on three continents in more than ten countries, Anke is multicultural and multilingual. She lives in Berkeley, CA and loves running, yoga, meditation and spending time in nature.
For more than 20 years, Annette has helped individuals and organizations optimize performance through a transformative, strengths-based approach. She is an expert in developing effective cross-cultural business teams and implementing large-scale transformation programs across various industries. Annette helps leaders refine and execute with clear purpose so that they may reach significant growth goals. Prior to joining Trium, Annette held leadership positions in two human capital management consulting firms. Her longest tenure was at Gallup Inc. where she provided vision and insight to drive client impact strategy across 20 countries. Annette holds a PhD from the International School of Management in Paris, a BS in Mathematics and an MA in Applied Social Research.
Arzhang is an executive coach and strategic advisor with over 20 years’ experience in high-stakes, high-pressure environments. He was President and Co-Founder of Thesys Group, a tech company which he grew to $3 trillion in annual transactions, or over 5% of the daily volume on the US stock markets. The company produced world-leading technology, partnering with NASDAQ, IBM, and Amazon Web Services, and was featured in Michael Lewis’s bestselling book, Flash Boys. Arzhang began his career at Goldman Sachs as a Vice President in Trading and ran their Global Financial Analyst Program. Between his time in tech and finance, he spent six years as an indie filmmaker and received an MFA from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts. He got his undergraduate degree at Harvard University in Psychology and is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). He has advised Fortune 500’s and lectured globally on tech, finance, and competitive advantage.
Austin Bauer is a leadership coach and facilitator helping organizations do better work by developing cultures of organizational listening, collaborative learning, internal innovation, and team effectiveness. Since launching the first-ever coaching function at the ad agency, Deutsch LA, Austin has trained and facilitated strategic and leadership workshops for over 2,000 leaders at 65+ companies including YouTube, CBS, Kaiser Permanente, First National Bank, Taco Bell, Edelman, and Omnicom. He has served as strategic advisor for Caveday, a company improving our relationship to work; and verynice, a social impact design consultancy. Austin is an ICF-Certified coach (PCC level) through the Center for Executive Coaching, and volunteers with The Honor Foundation to craft the personal narratives of military special operators as they transition to civilian life. Austin’s first book, Get Promoted: How to Become Your Best Self at Work, was released in December 2020. He lives in Los Angeles, CA with his wife and their dachshund/husky mix, Pepper.
With deep roots in organizational change and individual psychology, Carolyn helps leaders understand and embrace their own authentic leadership style while learning to lead in ways that cultivate both employee engagement and excellent results. She is an expert in collaboration and works primarily with leaders and their teams in Fortune 100 Tech and Pharma, helping them develop in profound ways while feeling supported and having fun along the way. She uses a range of assessments in her coaching, giving clients fresh personal insights that accelerate their leadership journey. Carolyn is a certified yoga instructor and practices yoga and meditation daily. She has a BA in Journalism from Colorado State University and an MA in Counseling Psychology from John F. Kennedy University. She lives in Nevada City, CA with her husband and her dog, Roxy, where community engagement and playing in the Yuba River are top priorities.
Catherine is an executive coach with extensive global corporate experience. She is dedicated to helping clients grow their impact as leaders, elevating both team performance and personal fulfillment. A blend of coach, teacher, and strategist, Catherine approaches clients with empathy, a passionate belief in their full potential, and a good dose of humor. Her broad business background includes management consulting at Bain & Company, e-commerce strategy at Tesco, and head of operations for a health startup. She received an MBA from INSEAD with distinction, and a BS in Mathematics from McGill University. Catherine lives in the Bay Area with her husband and seven-year-old twins.
Catherine has worked for more than 20 years assisting global business leaders with organizational and leadership transformations. She specializes in aligning teams behind compelling visions and strategies, developing cutting-edge culture and development programs, and serving as an executive coach to CEO’s and senior business leaders. Before joining as a Partner at Trium, Catherine worked in the field of communications with the Wall Street Journal and helped launch the first private media network in the former Soviet Union. Catherine has a particular interest in purpose-driven businesses and corporate social responsibility and for eight years she served as President of the Natural Step, a sustainability think tank and advisory services organization. Catherine holds a BA in journalism from Brown University, is a graduate of New Ventures West coaching program, and has participated in numerous leadership programs including the Integrative Enneagram, StrengthsFinder, The Leadership Circle, Jungian studies with Dr. Clarissa Estes, the 9 day school with Byron Katie, and Angeles Arrien’s Four Fold Way.
Christie is a Best-selling Author, Executive coach, learning consultant, and Meditation teacher. Her business leadership experience over the past two decades in marketing, operations, sales, business development, strategic partnerships, and learning & development has allowed her to work with some of the world’s leading organizations. She possesses a rare ability to create larger organizational visions and make things real while exceeding targets, operating profitable P&Ls, and leading empowered teams.
A proud member of CTI’s (the world’s oldest and largest in-person coach-training school) Faculty and Organizational Coaching teams, Christie has a Masters’s in Spiritual Psychology and holds a B.A. in Media Information and Technoculture from the University of Western Ontario.
The creator of the Emotional Leadership Academy, a 6-week Virtual Intensive, developed after the overwhelming response from adults with the release of The Adventures of Lil’ Sass, a series of emotional wellness books for young people. In awe of children’s resilience and emotional flexibility, she champions adults’ rights to have and express emotions too. A stand for humanizing the workplace, Christie works with individuals and organizations to support them to UpLevel all areas of Well-Being and ignite their true potential.
Christina is passionate about empowering clients and colleagues to discover untapped potential and develop greater capacity to take meaningful action in the world. As the Director of Trium’s Executive Coaching practice, Christina leverages her background in human behavior and organizational dynamics to produce meaningful and lasting change for individuals and teams. Her analytical and tenacious spirit combined with her innately empathic approach enable her to engage the hearts and minds of those she works with while solving critical business issues and driving powerful results. Prior to joining Trium, she worked for a number of mission-driven organizations where she led strategy and marketing to promote business growth and raise awareness around important social issues. She has a BA in Psychology and an MS in Human Behavior and Applied Psychology, both earned from the University of Southern California. She completed the New Ventures West professional coaching program and is a certified Integral Coach. Outside of work, Christina loves spending time in nature with her husband and dogs, doing yoga, and painting.
Christina has spent the last 20 years helping clients unlock their full potential, advance their emotional intelligence, hone their leadership style and apply their strengths for optimal professional and personal impact. Her executive coaching approach incorporates evidence-based practices from peak performance psychology, mindfulness and cognitive-behavioral training. She has coached teams and leaders from organizations such as Slack, Airbnb, Andreessen Horowitz, Box, Samsung NEXT, JLL Spark and LinkedIn. Christina holds a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Alliant International University, an M.A. from University of San Francisco and a B.A. from Emory University. She currently balances her time between executive coaching, teaching at Berkeley, and spending time with her husband and daughter. They are avid skiers and enjoy food-focused international travel.
Christopher Davis has almost three decades’ experience improving how organizations, teams, and individuals work. He is one of the original developers of Commitment-based Management, one of the major management innovations of the past thirty years. Chris is an accomplished executive coach and trainer, having led programs teaching management and leadership skills to over 10,000 participants across multiple industries and countries. Chris has a BA in philosophy from Pomona College and an MA in the philosophy of language from International College, under the tutelage of Dr. Fernando Flores. Chris is also a serious student of Eastern philosophy. He is the founder and managing director of The Stratam Group, a strategic partner of Trium’s.
For more than 15 years, Claire has supported corporate leaders and their teams in creating meaningful change through powerful communication habits that improve their work lives and drive organizational effectiveness. Straddling the worlds of sports, business and academia, Claire holds an MBA and PhD specializing in English and Communications and has won medals in synchronized swimming at the Olympics, Pan American Games, and World Championships. Claire is a certified coach and an Adjunct Professor of Communications and Management at the University of Toronto, is certified in several psychometric assessments, serves as Chair of Canada’s Olympian Commission, and has written an award-winning novel. She lives in Toronto with her husband and four children.
Dr. Dana Beth Ardi is a thought leader and expert in the fields of executive search, talent management, and organizational design. As an innovator in the human capital movement, Dana creates enhanced value in companies by matching the most sought-after talent with the best opportunities. She coaches boards and investors on the art and science of building high-caliber management teams. Dana provides them with the necessary skills to seek out and attract top-level management, design the ideal organizational architectures, and deploy people against strategy. Dana served as a Partner/Managing Director at the private equity firms CCMP Capital and JPMorgan Partners. She was a partner at Flatiron Partners, a venture capital firm working with early-stage companies where she pioneered the human capital role within an investment portfolio. Before joining the Flatiron Partners team, Dr. Ardi served as co-chair of Global Communications, Entertainment, and Technology Practice of TMP Worldwide. From her work with dozens of companies, on hundreds of searches, involving thousands of candidates, Dr. Ardi has acquired an in-depth knowledge not only of the leading companies and executives but of industries, the importance of organizations on which they depend and the most promising future business opportunities where people are the strategy. Dana holds a BS from the State University of New York at Buffalo as well as an MS and Ph.D. from Boston College.
Daniel Levitt works with senior leadership teams to help them drive transformative changes in their organizations. Daniel believes that talent can be unlocked and amplified in teams that are inspired, committed and clear about what they are pursuing together. Over the past 18 years, Daniel has helped leaders co-create and engage in productive conflict to achieve true strategic alignment, genuine cohesion and follow-through. Prior to his current focus in team facilitation and development, Daniel was a strategy consultant for McKinsey. He holds an MBA from Stanford and a Ph.D. in Geophysics from Scripps Institution of Oceanography. He lives in San Mateo, California, with his wife, three teenage sons, and apricot puppy, Meadow.
Danielle is a specialist in transformational leadership, coaching and organizational change. With over 25 years working in a large multi-national company, and experience running her own consulting businesses, Danielle understands the complexity, challenges and rewards of working in organizations of all sizes and stages of growth. Her clients value her creativity, integral thinking, emotional intelligence, focus on results and partnership approach. With a deep commitment to meditation and her own personal development, she guides and supports leaders to unlock and accelerate powerful mental, emotional and relational capacities that support them in navigating the complexity of today’s world and have greater impact in their organizations. Danielle has a graduate degree in Business & Leadership from Curtin University in Australia.
Danyelle has always had a passion for being the right-hand and force multiplier to executives. Prior to joining Trium, Danyelle was part of the Executive Leadership team as the Chief of Staff at SKIDATA, Inc., the world market leader in access and revenue management. Before that, Danyelle spent over 12 years partnering with C-level executives in banking, entertainment, and tech organizations to help drive alignment, vision, and strategy setting. Danyelle holds a BA degree in Business Management from New College of California, San Francisco. Outside of work, Danyelle loves to cook, take Zumba classes, and hike the Hollywood hills.
As a former CEO and long-time board member, Darren brings personal leadership experience and years of advising, coaching, and mentoring senior leaders to his work with organizations. Darren’s approach to leadership is premised on the importance of personal mastery and deep self-awareness. Darren shares his thought leadership in his best-selling book, Master Your Code: The Art Wisdom and Science of Leading an Extraordinary Life (2019). He also delivered a recent TedX talk: The Secret to an Extraordinary Life. Prior to joining Trium, Darren was the CEO of two education companies, Heald College and Delta Career Education, and a Partner in two San Francisco-based private equity firms, Gryphon Investors and Genstar Capital. Earlier in his career, Darren worked as an engagement manager at McKinsey & Co. and an attorney at Irell & Manella. He has a BA from UCLA and a JD from the University of Michigan.
David takes a “whole person” approach to help his clients define and achieve success; he focuses on helping them thrive in all aspects of their busy careers and personal lives. For more than 20 years, David has led and advised Fortune 500 companies on how to achieve sustainable growth. Most recently, as Global VP of Korn Ferry’s Leadership and Talent Consultancy, he advised multinational firms on talent strategy and leadership development. His broad business background and operating experience provide him with a unique perspective and insights that allow him to build credibility, comfort and trust with seasoned executives. David holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, and a BS in Leadership from the University of Maine.
As a Master Certified Coach, Debra is engaged by executives and businesses when team or individual performance requires a tune-up, turn-around, or new focus. Known for balancing straight talk with heart and humor, she partners with clients to identify strengths, recognize opportunities, and increase effectiveness within complex environments. By forming deep connections with clients, she is able to leverage their gifts more fully. Prior to Trium, Debra worked as a VP of Direct Marketing at McCann Direct for Nestle, Mazda, and Chrysler Corporation focused on branding, and strategy development. She earned a BA in psychology and philosophy from Albion College, and helped found the ICF in Orange County. Happily married, she is an avid traveler and storyteller.
Dina loves exploding the atom of human potential, and relishes helping her clients recognize the scope of their capacity. For nearly 20 years with smarts, compassion, humor and rigor, she has invited leaders to usher in to the workplace a mindful blend of head and heart, enabling them to engage deeply with themselves and their teams to deliver smart strategy, high functioning teams and strong bottom lines. Dina is certified as a Master Coach, holds a BA in US History from Princeton University and a Masters in Spiritual Psychology from USM. She is an avid hiker and recharges in the mountains near her home in Santa Monica.
Dori’s been in the leadership development field for 20 years. He specializes in Leadership Development, Executive Presence, and Business Transformation. Dori’s background involves serving on an elite paratrooper unit, being a top sales producer, and eventually a successful business owner in the financial services industry in North America. Dori’s experience in leadership and coaching includes serving in key roles for the Coach Training Institute (CTI), such as Global Director of Corporate Training & Development, and leader of the prestigious 1-year Leadership Program. Dori works in the Middle East, South Africa, Europe, Asia-Pacific and North America. He’s been privileged to work in top companies and organizations across the financial services, technology, pharmaceuticals, and communication sectors.
Eldra Jackson is a facilitator and coach with significant expertise in working with individuals and groups that are deeply divided. He first gained that experience while imprisoned, where after a race riot, gang leaders were invited to become part of a circle to challenge the beliefs they held and use self-inquiry to change their lives. Eldra served 24 years of a life sentence, with the last eight spent sitting in that circle at New Folsom Prison. Today, Eldra is co-Executive Director of Inside Circle, an organization that exists to empower system impacted people to reduce recidivism and violence in all forms, by leading change from within. As a facilitator, Eldra brings that same spiritual medicine he received at New Folsom Prison into the world, creating a powerful bridge for people from all backgrounds. With empathetic listening and clarity, he engenders trust in participants that enables him to dive directly to the heart of the matter. Eldra frequently keynotes at events and has a TedTalk on toxic masculinity. Eldra is also featured in the documentary, The Work.
Elizabeth is passionate about accompanying clients on an enriching journey to challenge thinking, embrace a growth mindset, and offer new insights to awaken individuals and teams. Her unique approach offers evidence-based solutions, leadership competencies, and mental models to support understanding for how your strengths, values, attitudes, beliefs and habits impact your relationship management and team effectiveness. She is a natural born connector with an energetic, frank and caring style. As a global ICF credentialed executive professional career coach and organizational behavioral change expert, Elizabeth also brings a wealth of business acumen gained from her career working over 20 years with Fortune 100 executives, managers, and employees around the globe across a broad spectrum of industries markets. She has her BA in Organizational Communications from the University of Texas at Austin and her MA in Organizational Management from University of Texas at Dallas.
Ella is passionate about making work a place where people find fulfillment and inspiration. With over a decade in operations and project management experience, Ella designs work that carefully considers the needs of the organizations and individuals involved and how to best support them in achieving their objectives. Prior to Trium, Ella was a project manager at an organizational effectiveness consulting firm where she helped clients adopt new meeting and email practices, establish decision-making frameworks, and clarify operating models. Ella holds a BA in International Politics & Economics from Middlebury College. She lives in San Francisco and, on the weekends, she can be found corralling her twin toddlers at the playground, cooking meals that take advantage of California’s amazing produce, and trying to finish the crossword.
Erin is passionate about organizing executive teams and the systems needed to bring out their best. Before joining Trium, Erin was the operations manager for several San Francisco based startups, including helping launch the Ethos Alliance, a corporate social responsibility consultancy, and The Hatchery, a 400-desk coworking space in downtown San Francisco. Erin holds a BA in Entrepreneurial Studies from Babson College. Outside of work, you can find him in the mountains or deserts rock climbing or working on his short fiction collection.
Francesca is passionate about supporting individuals and teams in their professional and personal growth journeys. She brings her enthusiasm for developing effective systems to help the Trium team deliver meaningful impact for our clients. Prior to joining Trium, Francesca worked in the startup space, first at a recruiting agency where she partnered with growth stage startups to help scale their revenue generating teams and more recently in partnerships at a VC-backed company. Francesca holds a BS in Business Marketing from the University of Arizona. Outside of work, she enjoys coaching a high school dance team, exploring new places and cultures, and being a dog mom
Holly specializes in working with inspired executives and founders to align their life and business with purpose so they can have greater impact in the world. With over 30 years in applied human development and stages of consciousness, and two decades in building and scaling business systems and products, Holly is able to pinpoint the specific capacities needed by leaders and their teams to enhance their responsiveness to personal and organizational challenges. Holly’s clients say she inspires and empowers them by bringing clarity, discernment, agility and focus to their work. Holly holds a PhD in Human & Organizational Development and is a Certified Integral Master Coach, Certified Purpose Guide, and Professional Mediator and Facilitator.
For 23 years, Israel has worked with individuals and organizations to cultivate the skills necessary to adapt and thrive. He co-designs mindfulness programs primarily in tech startups, integrating practical mindfulness skills and cognitive strategies to optimize performance, collaboration, and purpose. He works with executives, guided by neuroscience, to pursue leadership skills necessary to respond flexibly to ever-shifting challenges. His organizational consulting focuses on strategic changes necessary to carry out mission in a responsive and ethical manner. Israel holds a PhD in Psychology from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and a BA in Psychology from Yale University. He enjoys mountain biking, swimming, tennis, and time with family.
Driven to create community and structure, Jared serves with alacrity within the coaching operations team to empower Trium’s clients. Prior to joining Trium, Jared worked in Leader Development at The Marcus Buckingham Company (an ADP Company), supporting its’ founder as well as managing the experience and day-to-day operations of a large team of coaches and facilitators. He has supported many executives in the C-suite, as well as supported the general counsel of a private equity firm. While originally from New England, he resides in Los Angeles and enjoys cooking, hiking and viewing classic cinema in his spare time.
Jason’s executive coaching approach is underpinned by the core belief that good leaders can change the world. This perspective was forged through 15 years of at-scale combat leadership in the US Army, serving in both the infantry and military intelligence, and was further refined after nearly a decade advising global executives at top-tier strategy consulting firms Booz Allen Hamilton and McKinsey & Company. As an executive coach, he focuses on working with passionate, high-potential leaders to unlock meaningful growth. Jason holds a BBA and BA in economics from the University of Michigan, an MBA from the Yale School of Management, a coaching certification from the Co-Active Training Institute, and is trained in the EQ-i 2.0 and EQ360 instruments. Some of his favorite coaching topics are conscious leadership, emotional fitness, and nonviolent communication. He is a leadership writer, children’s book author, folk musician, family-focused partner, and father of three, splitting his time between Seattle, USA and Melbourne, Australia.
Jeff is a corporate coach and facilitator with over 25 years of experience, supporting leaders and other clients in managing change, enhancing performance, discovering cutting-edge solutions, and creating sustainable working environments. He works with his clients to help them build mastery, make humane, out-of-the-box decisions, and access a more playful approach to work and life. On faculty at the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), Jeff has taught thousands of students the inner workings of the coach approach, developed innovative programs, and supervised coach training. Additionally, he leads CTI’s Leadership Program, working with entrepreneurs, managers, and executives in a retreat setting to ignite their inherent strengths and create mutual, powerful alliances. Jeff holds a BA in Asian Studies with a Chinese Minor from the University of Puget Sound, has studied and worked extensively in East Asia, and offers trainings in Mandarin. He lives in Los Angeles with his partner and their cat, and in addition to coaching and leading courses, he writes a Young Adult urban fantasy series.
Jen’s superpower is supporting individuals and teams so they can achieve their best work. She has over ten years of experience managing large-scale organizational change efforts, including project and process consulting, change management, and business analysis. Prior to joining Trium, Jen worked at U.C. Berkeley and in the healthcare sector. Jen holds an M.S. in Organization Development from the University of San Francisco and a B.A. in International Studies from the University of the Pacific. Outside of work, Jen loves to cook and bake and is on a lifelong quest for the perfect chocolate chip cookie recipe.

In addition to 20 years leading talent acquisition organizations in a variety of different industries, she also spent 10 years with Pfizer’s Talent and Organizational Capability, where she provided leadership over talent management, executive development, and high potential strategy. Jennell has a BA in Psychology from the University of Connecticut. She is a PCC ICF-certified executive coach and an EMCC certified team coach.

Jessica has always been passionate about coaching; from guiding teammates on the sports field to helping leaders grow their impact. Over the last decade, she has led operations management in the non-profit as well as the technology sectors. After becoming a certified coach from New Ventures West, she has spent the last six years specializing in coaching and leadership development. On a day off, you can find Jessica at a yoga studio or spending quality time with her wife and two adventure pups.
Jib was one of Trium’s four founding partners and is now a Strategic Partner and Coach with Trium, alongside leading his own consultancy built around the idea that the greatest untapped source of competitive advantage in the 21st century would be found through the deep adoption of sustainability principles into core business strategy. He works with Fortune 500 companies to transform markets – and to create new ones. He supports leaders in making the individual evolutions necessary to lead through innovation and transformation. His clients include sector leaders in the retail, technology, agribusiness, CPG, energy, oil and gas, hospitality, and waste industries. Jib’s work was featured in the book, Force of Nature: The Unlikely Story of Walmart’s Green Revolution, and he has co-authored two articles for the Harvard Business Review. He serves on the Board of Directors for Tompkins Conservation, a foundation that recently led the creation of over 14 million new acres of National Parks in Chile and Argentina.
Jim has spent the last two decades working with leaders at the intersections of strategy and storytelling. He brings deep expertise in strategic communications, brand strategy, culture, and experience design to his work, along with a passion for helping organizations expand their vocabularies of possibility. Before joining Trium, Jim founded and led Throughline Partners, a strategic communications consulting firm, and played leadership roles at SYPartners, Walmart.com, Sapient, and Studio Archetype. He graduated from Rice University with a degree in English Literature and has an MFA in Creative Writing from San Francisco State University. The American Institute of Graphic Arts (AIGA) has recognized his work in content strategy, copy writing, and creative direction, and he has won several national awards in fiction.
Jim is a Master Coach who is passionate about helping senior executives evolve their leadership and become extraordinary performers while enabling them to make meaningful changes in their lives and work environments. He has more than 30 years’ experience working in both the technology and contemplative worlds. As an MIT graduate and a technology executive who co-founded two successful technology firms, Jim has extensive hands-on experience building complex fast-growing companies. He has also practiced, studied, and taught mindfulness and meditation for more than 30 years. His approach to leadership development incorporates both developing awareness as well as the mindsets and skills that matter most. Jim received both his BA and MA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
John has over 30 years of experience helping individuals and teams achieve their aspirational goals. John has twenty-two years of operating experience at Intel, most recently as a VP and GM of the Education and Public Sector business. He knows what it takes to grow a business and achieve outstanding results.
Julian has worked for more than 30 years as a senior executive, advisor and coach. His experience includes being a Board Director and Advisor for public and private companies, a Chief Strategy Officer at four different billion-dollar revenue, public companies; a GM of a $200m services company; a partner at McKinsey & Co; and a senior global sales and marketing executive in a Fortune 100 business. He leverages this operational and advisory experience assisting Boards, CEO’s and executive teams by systematically turning confusion into clarity and action. He coaches with an operator’s lens, which translates into pragmatic, practical insights and learnings that drive better outcomes. He is a graduate of the Hudson Institute of Coaching and is ICF certified. He holds a BA and MA/BCL in Law from Oxford University and a Master Diploma in Negotiation from The Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
Julianne has a passion for streamlining operations, systematizing processes, and building meaningful relationships. A former teacher, she brings empathy and conscientiousness into every interaction and loves helping others unlock their human potential! She makes it her mission to create lasting connections through authentic teamwork, strategic problem-solving, and constant curiosity. Julianne holds a B.A in Psychology and Spanish from Bucknell University, and she draws on her experience from academic settings and startup companies to inform her current work at Trium. In her free time, you can find her singing, dancing, or hiking with her wife in the coastal redwoods.
Since entering the field of coaching over 20 years ago, Karen has supported professionals who are looking to gain a greater understanding of their individual strengths, navigate complex organizational structures, and show up more authentically in life. As a Georgetown University Certified Leadership Coach and the founding director of Landmark College’s Coaching Services Program, Karen pioneered the development of executive function coaching. As an executive function coach, Karen is known for her wisdom of neuroscience, psychology, and spiritual sources as well as leadership development and education. Throughout her practice, Karen draws upon the wisdom of her warm, focused, and holistic approach of both cognitive (of the mind) and somatic (of the body), which are supported by being a certified Hakomi Practitioner and educator. Karen is an educator and certified mentor coach who facilitates workshops and retreats across the country. She is a graduate of the NeuroAffective Touch Institute and holds her Master’s in Education from Lesley University.
Karen is passionate about driving effectiveness and evolving best practices throughout organizations. With more than ten years as an operations project manager, Karen is equipped to help Trium teams engage with clients cross-functionally to deliver significant impact. Prior to Trium, Karen was the central corporate leader for store operations at Williams-Sonoma, Inc., and founded her own event planning business. Both experiences contribute to a deep proficiency in designing exceptional off-site experiences for clients. Karen holds a Master of Science in Organization Development from the University of San Francisco, and a BS in Education from the University of Minnesota. Outside of work, Karen enjoys yoga, travel and hiking with her husband and two children.
Over the past fifteen years, Katherine (Kate) has been coaching full-time, accumulating over 10,000 hours of direct coaching experience. She has discovered over time that the more her clients understand and accept themselves, others, and their situation, the easier it is for them to then adapt and flourish. In essence, self-judgment keeps us stuck, whilst awareness and acceptance invite change. Kate earned her MS in Coaching Psychology from the University of Sydney, which specializes in evidence-based coaching, that is, what has been repeatedly proven to be effective. She was President of the International Coach Federation, Australasia, in 2012, leading over 1,300 coaches. She has lived around the world and loves the Bay Area best.
With over 25 years of experience as a senior executive in corporate America, Katherine has walked in the shoes of her executive coaching clients. In her many leadership roles, she has managed multi-billion-dollar companies through major organizational and cultural change and mentored dozens of mid-level, senior, and c-suite executives. Trained by the Co-active training institute and certified by the ICF (PCC) Katherine believes strongly that the best leader is a centered leader and coaches to help her clients achieve that goal. Katherine began her career as a management consultant at Bain & Company. She holds an MBA from Harvard University and a BA from Haverford College. Lauren is passionate about personal development and lifelong learning. Throughout her career she has focused on empowering her teams, colleagues, and partners to operate at peak performance using her superpowers around organization, simplification, and planning. Before joining Trium, Lauren was Executive Assistant to SVP of Merchandise Planning & Inventory Management at Levi Strauss & Co. Prior to that, she worked as a project coordinator at Apple, where she supported marketing executives and their teams during product and campaign launches. In her spare time, she likes to travel and sight-see, learn new languages, take golf lessons from her husband, and spoil her dog.
Lauren is passionate about supporting Executives in unlocking their highest potentials while creating dynamic cultures that matter to their teams. Before joining Trium Lauren was Executive Assistant to the Chief Medical Officer/SVP of R&D at Quest Diagnostics, a National Clinical Laboratory. Prior to that, Lauren spent 10 plus years partnering with C-level executives in management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, and has operated in marketing and project management capacities. Outside or work, Lauren loves spending time with her family enjoying the beaches of Southern California, cooking, and exploring new places.
As a seasoned C-level executive and high-tech entrepreneur, Luther has built companies from the ground up and led substantial organizations around the world. Luther draws on his deep understanding of the human condition and behavioral drivers as well as his own corporate leadership experience to provide individuals and organizations with a transformative and pragmatic approach to their most complex challenges. A passion for neuroscience, psychology, meditation, and consciousness has fueled his studies in the personal development arena throughout his life, earning him multiple professional coaching certifications. Luther is highlighted as a “Silicon Valley Obi-Wan Kenobi” in the bestselling book, Wisdom @ Work. He holds BA and MS degrees in Computer Science from Brown University. He lives in the Bay Area with his wife, children, chickens, and dog.
Mark is a consultant, leadership development adviser and executive coach who’s walked in his clients’ footsteps. Over the past 25 years, he was CEO of UltraViolet (a joint venture among Hollywood studios, tech leaders and retailers); advised C-level leaders of tech, telecoms and media companies (as a McKinsey consultant and Oliver Wyman partner); and rose through marketing and business development in large corporations and VC-backed start-ups. Meghan’s passion lies in inspiring positive change within organizations through the power of human connection. Prior to Trium, Meghan worked in tech, leading operations for a SaaS company in the employee engagement space. Following her studies in communications at UC Santa Barbara, Meghan served as an officer of the court in the State of California as a Certified Shorthand Reporter. Meghan is a native San Franciscan currently living in Santa Barbara, where she finds inspiration in stunning natural surroundings along the California coast.
Michael is a clinical psychologist and executive coach who has been advising leaders for over 40 years. He’s compelled by the belief that leaders are often derailed in the pursuit of their goals by limiting beliefs that can be overcome through increased self-awareness and thoughtful experimentation with new behaviors. He co-founded the Institute4Change, an interdisciplinary team of change experts who consult leaders of progressive organizations around issues of strategy and organizational change. He also founded a nationwide coaching program for progressive political leaders. Michael has written four books and has published over 50 articles about the interactions between psychology, culture, and politics. He received his Doctorate of Mental Health from UCSF, and an MS and AB from UC Berkeley.

Prior to Trium, Michelle held leadership positions in strategy, marketing and general management at both Fortune 500 firms and startups. She was the VP of Growth at Pando, the Head of Strategy at Levi Strauss & Co, a Management Consultant with Boston Consulting Group and the Managing Director of The Go Game, an experiential marketing & team building design firm. Michelle holds a BA in Theater from the University of California, Berkeley and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Mina advises leaders on managing change, with an eye towards making it stick in their corporate culture. Her expertise moves freely from strategy to organizational change to leadership communication. Mina’s 20+ years of experience domestically and internationally lends itself to a broad context and perspective. She began her career with McKinsey & Company, headed up Strategy, Marketing, and Product at a London-based start-up, and was SVP of EMI Music in Asia. Most recently, she was part of the leadership team at Embarcadero Partners, a San Francisco-based consulting firm that works at the intersection of strategy, leadership, culture, and design. Mina holds an AB from Princeton University and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Monica Chi is a Managing Partner with The Trium Group. Over the past two decades, Monica has partnered with teams in the throes of business transformation to solve complex problems and lead effectively. Known for being insightful about organizational systems, Monica’s craft includes deep listening and working with leaders to catalyze new thinking and behaviors. Post 9/11, Monica joined the Federal Bureau of Investigation as Special Assistant to the Director, responsible for designing and leading a diverse array of org transformation, strategy and leadership development initiatives. She began her career at Accenture focused on merger integration, org design, and experiential learning and development. Monica earned a BA with honors in Human Biology from Stanford University and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Having spent almost two decades leading Human Resources and People Operations teams and providing HR Consulting for a variety of organizations including non-profit and family offices, Monique is passionate about creating an excellent employee experience. From helping team members navigate periods of transition at a professional services technology firm, to creating policies and processes at a national nonprofit organization, Monique specializes in guiding companies and their people through significant change. Offering a human-centered approach and as a lifelong learner, Monique thrives on fostering clarity and ease among her colleagues and has earned several certifications in her field, including SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) credentials. Natalie’s passion is combining her 15+ years of start-up and corporate experience with an integrative and holistic approach to coaching in the workplace. Previously, Natalie was Head of Finance for Pinterest, where she oversaw the finance, business operations, IT, real estate and facilities functions. Before joining Pinterest, Natalie was VP of Finance at Meebo, where she also served as interim head of Ads Product and executed Meebo’s sale to Google in 2012. Prior to Meebo, Natalie held roles at Google, Goldman Sachs, and Swander Pace Capital. She has a B.A. in Economics and an M.B.A., both from Stanford University and is a certified Integral Coach with New Ventures West.
Natalie is focused on creating greater levels of cohesion, connection, and performance on Trium’s team. As Trium’s VP of Operations and Chief of Staff, she oversees business development, people, internal operations, and strategic initiatives. Before joining Trium, Natalie led corporate partnerships for Crisis Text Line, integrating with tech products to help thousands of people in crisis receive help. Prior to that, Natalie spent 6 years at Google and YouTube in ad sales and content sponsorships, building YouTube’s strategy to monetize its most premium content. Natalie holds a BS in Economics and Social Entrepreneurship from NYU’s Stern School of Business. Natalie grew up in Milwaukee, WI and is a loyal Packers fan.
Neil Edwards is a soulful leader and perceptive coach who works at the intersection of leadership, relationships, wellbeing, and inclusion. He is a trained Coach Supervisor and coaches teams, leaders of teams, and leaders of leaders; helping them make it easier to produce results, manage change, work across differences, and thrive. He is a former Big 4 consultant with experience leading project teams and engagements in healthcare, consumer goods, government, and education technology. Owen works side-by-side with leaders to develop tools and strategies to enable core transformational shifts within some of the most innovative companies in the world. He brings a wealth of experience as a human-centered designer, creative leader, strategist, design thinker, and executive coach with expertise in product, brand, and creative direction. Prior to Trium, Owen spent nearly 25 years at IDEO, connecting brands with people by defining purpose and shaping narratives that inspire people to create change. He brings a multicultural understanding and edge to every project, having launched IDEO in Shanghai, Tokyo, and Singapore. He has also served on a number of medical and consumer company boards. Owen graduated from the Royal College of Art in London in 1997 with a master’s degree in industrial design and is a self-taught interaction designer.
Paul is an accredited Master Coach with a mission of transforming the world through the development of human capability and contribution. With 25 years of global coaching practice, he works with senior leaders and talent in the world’s leading professional services firms, Fortune 500 companies and NGOs. He holds an MProf in Executive Coaching from Middlesex University UK, and is a Master Certified Coach (ICF) and Board Certified Coach (CCE). Paul works to help others deeply experience their lives as constructive and free – and is a devoted family man, the USA’s World Cup table soccer captain, loves Nature in all ways, and has been involved in development groups working for human transformation through meditation, consciousness and Vision Quest for forty years.
Before joining Trium in 2006, Penny worked as a Controller and Operations Manager for over 10 years in consulting firms. As a mainstay of all Trium operations, she manages the full range of finance and human resources functions. Her role extends to coordinating efforts on our recruiting, facilities management, payroll, employee benefits, and technology teams. Penny holds a BA in Accounting and Computer Information Systems, and an MBA from San Francisco State University.
Raph is a Principal at Trium, and has been an executive coach and strategic advisor to Fortune 100 companies and startups for 15+ years.
Prior to Trium, Raph led strategy teams at Google for about a decade, including launching new businesses, developing long-term product and strategic roadmaps, orchestrating M&A and driving large-scale operational efficiencies. Earlier in his career, he was a management consultant at McKinsey, and an investment banker at Morgan Stanley. He holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management and an AB from Brown University. Raph is a certified coach through the International Coaching Federation, and the Co-Active Training Institute.
When away from his desk, Raph is a competitive endurance athlete, and was globally ranked top 1% (top 150) in Ironman 70.3. He is also an active mentor, ally and coach to a number of under-represented communities.
Ray has over 30 years of experience in finance and operations for companies across diverse industry sectors, including professional services, venture capital, and SaaS. His experience working for companies at every size and stage of growth, from startups to those in the Fortune 100, provides valuable leadership for Trium. Ray is a CPA, CGMA, and John Wooden Pyramid of Success proponent. He received his BSC in Accounting from Santa Clara University and an MBA in Corporate Finance from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. Ray enjoys playing tennis and flyfishing for wild trout in the Sierras.
Sera is passionate about helping people and systems around her function at their best. She believes in developing deep, impactful relationships within her organizations and strives to make the workplace a place of purpose, connection, and efficiency. Sera has over five years of experience in administrative, project, and operations management, most notably across process improvement and multidisciplinary business initiatives. Prior to joining Trium, Sera worked at Cedars-Sinai Medical Foundation and the Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles and holds a B.A. in Spanish and Healthcare Studies from the University of Southern California. Outside of work, Sera enjoys tending to her plant garden, trying out different cuisines, spending time outdoors, and petting any four-legged furry friends that she comes across.

Before joining Trium, Sophy worked in a wide variety of industries ranging from museums and restaurants to PR and advertising. Her favorite part of all her past roles was being able to create unique and memorable experiences for clients and guests. She holds a B.A in Communications from Northeastern University as well as a degree in culinary arts from San Francisco Cooking School. In her free time, you can find Sophy either exploring the newest restaurants in town or entertaining friends and family at her home.
For nearly three decades, Susan has worked with leaders and teams from Fortune 100 companies to startups to build more effective communication, transform culture, and elevate their impact. Her mix of optimism, straight talk and humor allow her to quickly connect and build trust with her clients. Earlier in her career, Susan spent many years at The Walt Disney Studios where she led Executive and Top Talent Development Strategy including developing the Studio’s coaching practice and Executive Mentor Program. Susan has her ICF coaching credential, has served on the Board of ICFLA, and supports the LA community through her involvement in various nonprofits. She earned her BA from the University of Alabama and her MBA from Georgia State University.

Talia helps accelerate our clients’ development by connecting them with like-minded, similarly situated peers across our ecosystem. Part-community builder, part-marketer, her work centers on thoughtfully and creatively engaging with the executives in our network and showcasing our brand and capabilities authentically. As the daughter of immigrant, entrepreneurial parents, she’s always been drawn to the startup ecosystem and enjoys working directly with founders. Prior to Trium, she helped build the largest invitation-only community of GCs / CLOs in tech and prior to that, served as outside legal counsel to startups and VCs at some of the biggest firms in NYC. Born and raised in LA, she graduated from USC with a JD in Business Law and a BA in Psychology and Business. Talia calls Miami home, enjoys riding her bike on Sundays, and never strays too far from the mountains or the water.
Uli is a Master Coach with more than 20 years’ experience coaching and advising senior executives across a wide variety of industries. She inspires her clients to take charge of their lives and thoughtfully align their mindset and behaviors with the impact they want to have on their team and organization. She incorporates insights from neuroscience, narrative and systems coaching to help leaders navigate complex challenges and maximize their leadership potential. Prior to joining Trium, Uli was the Head of Delivery for Saxon-Hamilton. She holds a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology and a Certificate of Organizational Leadership from John F. Kennedy University. Her undergraduate degrees in Business Administration and German Literature are from the Université de Grenoble, France.
For over 25 years, Victoria has been helping leaders author their own authentic stories, first as a filmmaker and now as a facilitator and executive coach. As a past leader of creative teams for companies like Visa, Cisco, and Kaiser Permanente, Victoria now advises C-suite and VP-level executives, primarily in the healthcare, life science, and technology sectors. Along with being a PCC-level certified coach, Victoria earned her master’s in Organization Development and holds numerous professional certifications including Leadership Circle Profile, Enneagram iEQ9, Immunity to Change, and ORSC Team Coaching. She is a graduate of the Applied Neuroscience program at the Brain First Institute and the Applied Compassion program at Stanford University. Victoria lives in Oakland, CA with her active family, including her husband, two teenagers, their rescue dog, and two lazy cats.
Will works at the intersection of strategy, human development and agile organization design, helping leaders and teams develop adaptive ways of thinking and working to accelerate growth. Prior to Trium, Will led organizations as a startup COO and company founder and also worked as a management consultant at Bain & Company and The Ready. He spent the early years of his career in Mexico City, where he first arrived as a Fulbright Scholar. He holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BA in Economics from the University of the South. Outside the office, you’ll find him pursuing some combination of endurance sports, the great outdoors and friendly competition.
