History

Trium was founded in 1998, at a time when old business models were being re-examined and radical questions around what it means to be a leader were emerging. Our founders included management consultants, a world class whitewater guide, and a former Marine officer, who came together with a profound sense of mission and possibility. We saw that traditional consulting firms failed to recognize that all strategy problems are leadership problems and vice versa. That insight is at the core of our philosophy and consulting approach. We have served renowned industry leaders and scrappy startups in diverse industries across the globe. Though we’ve continued to learn and evolve over the past 20 years, our mission remains unaltered:

Meet the Team

Our team is fluent in the languages of strategy, business performance, leadership, and interpersonal dynamics. We have worked extensively with large and small organizations - both as leaders and as senior-level consultants brought in to rethink strategy, redesign structure, amplify execution, and catalyze change. Our job is to mobilize our clients’ internal capacities to create change that is lasting and meaningful.

Abigail Johns

Abigail is passionate about helping others to build the skills, systems, and self-awareness they need in order to succeed. As part of the Operations team, she uses her love of efficiency and organization to support the Trium team in delivering significant impact for the clients we serve. Prior to joining Trium, she worked as an elementary literacy teacher and coached teams of AmeriCorps members at an education nonprofit. Abigail has a BS in Education from Taylor University in Indiana. Outside of work, you can find her swimming, cross-stitching, and reading aloud to her cat.

Andrew Blum

As CEO and Managing Partner of Trium, Andrew is a globally recognized thought leader and management consulting pioneer working at the intersection of strategy, leadership and culture. His mission is to change the world by changing the way business leaders think. With over 20 years of global consulting experience, Andrew has led breakthrough engagements at many of the world’s leading organizations. Prior to founding Trium, Andrew was a leader in Towers Perrin’s Strategy and Organization Practice. He also served as a 1st lieutenant in the United States Marine Corps. Andrew holds an MBA from Georgetown University and a BA in philosophy from Reed College. He is a dedicated family man, Ironman triathlete and actively supports a variety of causes aimed at raising consciousness on the planet.

Annette Templeton

For more than 20 years, Annette has helped individuals and organizations optimize performance through a transformative, strengths-based approach. She is an expert in developing effective cross-cultural business teams and implementing large-scale transformation programs across various industries. Annette helps leaders refine and execute with clear purpose so that they may reach significant growth goals. Prior to joining Trium, Annette held leadership positions in two human capital management consulting firms. Her longest tenure was at Gallup Inc. where she provided vision and insight to drive client impact strategy across 20 countries. Annette holds a PhD from the International School of Management in Paris, a BS in Mathematics and an MA in Applied Social Research.

Arika Verma

Arika is passionate about building thriving organizations that are characterized by high levels of trust, relationship and a learning orientation. Prior to joining Trium, Arika worked as part of Accenture’s global strategy practice, where she advised companies on growth and innovation opportunities within the digital landscape. She holds a certificate in Design Thinking for Innovative Problem-Solving from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. She also holds a BA in Economics and Informatics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, which instilled in her a deep interest in human motivation, productivity and technology.

Beena Sharma

Beena brings nearly three decades of international experience in coaching senior leaders and transforming teams and organizations. She has deep expertise in helping organizations solve their most complex strategic problems by applying innovative thinking and designing developmentally sophisticated systems. She supports and challenges leaders through offering a set of integrated technologies that support greater effectiveness in addressing the complexity they encounter every day, while becoming more powerfully self-aware of their own mindsets and potential. Beena is an award-winning change consultant whose project was the recipient of the 2008 Under-Secretary of Defense Silver Award for excellence in Learning and Development. Her passions include adult development, admiring fruit trees, spirituality, whole system change and dreaming up new chutney recipes.

Carole Robin

For over 30 years, Carole has provided executive coaching, leadership development and executive team building to a wide range of business, government, and nonprofit clients ranging in size from startups to Fortune 500 organizations. Among other leadership roles at Stanford, she is the Faculty Director of the Interpersonal Dynamics for High Performance Executives and winner of the MBA Distinguished Teaching Award at the Graduate School of Business, where she taught courses on interpersonal dynamics, influence, leadership and coaching for 17 years. Dr. Robin holds a PhD in Human and Organization Systems and a Master’s Degree in Organization Development. She is the recipient of two Congressional Awards for Community Service and resides in Palo Alto, CA.

Catherine Ambrozewicz

Catherine is an executive coach with extensive global corporate experience. She is dedicated to helping clients grow their impact as leaders, elevating both team performance and personal fulfillment. A blend of coach, teacher, and strategist, Catherine approaches clients with empathy, a passionate belief in their full potential, and a good dose of humor. Her broad business background includes management consulting at Bain & Company, e-commerce strategy at Tesco, and head of operations for a health startup. She received an MBA from INSEAD with distinction, and a BS in Mathematics from McGill University. Catherine lives in the Bay Area with her husband and seven-year-old twins.

Catherine Gray

Catherine has worked for more than 20 years assisting global business leaders with organizational and leadership transformations.   She specializes in aligning teams behind compelling visions and strategies, developing cutting-edge culture and development programs, and serving as an executive coach to CEO’s and senior business leaders.  Before joining as a Partner at Trium, Catherine worked in the field of communications with the Wall Street Journal and helped launch the first private media network in the former Soviet Union. Catherine has a particular interest in purpose-driven businesses and corporate social responsibility and for eight years she served as President of the Natural Step, a sustainability think tank and advisory services organization. Catherine holds a BA in journalism from Brown University, is a graduate of New Ventures West coaching program, and has participated in numerous leadership programs including the integrated Enneagram, Strength finders, The Leadership Circle, Jungian studies with Dr. Clarissa Estes, the 9 day school with Byron Katie, and Angeles Arrien’s Four Fold Way.

Christina Coles

Christina is passionate about helping clients and colleagues realize their full potential. As Trium’s Coaching Operations Manager, she combines her background in human behavior and team dynamics to create meaningful and lasting change for the individuals and teams we serve. Prior to joining Trium, she worked for a number of mission-driven organizations where she leveraged her background in organizational behavior, strategy and marketing to drive business growth and raise awareness around important social issues of our time. She has a BA in Psychology and Fine Arts and an MS in Human Behavior & Applied Psychology, both earned from the University of Southern California. Outside of work, Christina loves spending time in nature with her dog, doing yoga and painting.

Christopher Davis

Christopher Davis has almost three decades’ experience improving how organizations, teams, and individuals work. He is one of the original developers of Commitment-based Management, one of the major management innovations of the past thirty years. Chris is an accomplished executive coach and trainer, having led programs teaching management and leadership skills to over 10,000 participants across multiple industries and countries. Chris has a BA in philosophy from Pomona College and an MA in the philosophy of language from International College, under the tutelage of Dr. Fernando Flores. Chris is also a serious student of Eastern philosophy. He is the founder and managing director of The Stratam Group, a strategic partner of Trium’s.

Courtney Webster

Courtney is passionate about increasing the engagement, impact, effectiveness, productivity, and joy of her clients by thoughtfully and powerfully shifting mindsets and focusing on and leveraging each individuals’ unique strengths and genuine brilliance. Before becoming a coach in 2008, Courtney spent 20 years in the high-demand industries of television production and hotel sales. Courtney earned a BS in Hospitality and Tourism Administration from the University of Massachusetts – Amherst. In 2016, she served as President of the International Coach Federation – Los Angeles and is an original Founding Fellow at the Institute of Coaching – McLean Hospital, Harvard Medical School affiliate. She is living the dream in LA with her husband and young son.

Danielle Conroy

Danielle is a specialist in transformational leadership, coaching and organizational change. With over 25 years working in a large multi-national company, and experience running her own consulting businesses, Danielle understands the complexity, challenges and rewards of working in organizations of all sizes and stages of growth. Her clients value her creativity, integral thinking, emotional intelligence, focus on results and partnership approach. With a deep commitment to meditation and her own personal development, she guides and supports leaders to unlock and accelerate powerful mental, emotional and relational capacities that support them in navigating the complexity of today’s world and have greater impact in their organizations. Danielle has a graduate degree in Business & Leadership from Curtin University in Australia.

Darren Gold

As a former CEO and long-time board member, Darren brings deep personal leadership experience and years of advising and mentoring senior leaders to his work with organizations. Darren’s approach to leadership is premised on the importance of personal mastery and deep self-awareness. He believes that senior leaders have the power to create a new context for themselves and others that can unlock extraordinary performance. Prior to joining Trium, Darren was the CEO of two education companies, Heald College and Delta Career Education. Earlier, he served as a Partner in two San Francisco-based private equity firms, Gryphon Investors and Genstar Capital. Darren has also worked as an engagement manager at McKinsey & Co. and an attorney at Irell & Manella. He has a BA from UCLA and a JD from the University of Michigan.

Dave Gallon

As an experienced business leader and advisor, Dave has a passion for helping leaders successfully navigate change and transformation by leveraging the powerful combination of strategy, leadership, and culture. He has helped catalyze purpose-driven change within organizations in industries from education to automotive to consumer-packaged goods to healthcare. Prior to working with Trium, Dave co-founded a private high school in Santa Monica, held a variety of leadership roles at Toyota, and is a First Mover Fellow at the Aspen Institute. Dave holds a BA from Williams College and an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.

David Grant

David takes a “whole person” approach to help his clients define and achieve success; he focuses on helping them thrive in all aspects of their busy careers and personal lives. For more than 20 years, David has led and advised Fortune 500 companies on how to achieve sustainable growth. Most recently, as Global VP of Korn Ferry’s Leadership and Talent Consultancy, he advised multinational firms on talent strategy and leadership development. His broad business background and operating experience provide him with a unique perspective and insights that allow him to build credibility, comfort and trust with seasoned executives. David holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, and a BS in Leadership from the University of Maine.

Diana Cuellar

Diana is passionate about creating the spaces and systems needed to make sure her team is ready to succeed. Prior to joining Trium, she worked in the construction industry as an administrator. The experience she gained during those years provided the organizational skills to further her career as an Operations professional. Diana has a BA in Ethnic Studies with a minor in Sociology from Mills College, in Oakland, California where she ran three seasons with her cross-country team. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her brothers, especially when singing and making music with them.

Dina Silver

Dina loves exploding the atom of human potential, and relishes helping her clients recognize the scope of their capacity. For nearly 20 years with smarts, compassion, humor and rigor, she has invited leaders to usher in to the workplace a mindful blend of head and heart, enabling them to engage deeply with themselves and their teams to deliver smart strategy, high functioning teams and strong bottom lines. Dina is certified as a Master Coach, holds a BA in US History from Princeton University and a Masters in Spiritual Psychology from USM. She is an avid hiker and recharges in the mountains near her home in Santa Monica.

Doug Randall

Doug Randall is a thought leader and advisor on strategic planning, leadership and communications. Through his 20+ years of consulting he has served Fortune 500 companies, foundations, and was an advisor on analytics and communications to the White House under the Obama Administration. Doug is the founder and past CEO of Protagonist, the Narrative Analytics company. He was managing partner at Global Business Network and the Monitor Group. Doug has lectured at the Wharton School, Stanford University, and National Defense University on strategy, narratives, leadership, and negotiations. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and has an MBA from the Wharton School. Doug is a member of YPO. He practices and teaches yoga and is the creator of Swagger Yoga.

Erik Bengtsson

Erik is an experienced strategic advisor, coach and entrepreneurial builder. Through skillful framing and powerful questions, Erik helps teams turn limited resources into compelling results. Erik has served in leadership capacities in the healthcare and non-profit sectors, most recently as a Vice President and ‘intrapreneur’ at DaVita. He also worked as a management consultant at Bain & Company and at The Bridgespan Group. Erik holds MBA and a MA in Education from Stanford, and a BBA and a BA from UT Austin. Outside the office, you’ll find him surfing, alpine climbing, and practicing mindfulness meditation.

Israel Rosales

For 23 years, Israel has worked with individuals and organizations to cultivate the skills necessary to adapt and thrive. He co-designs mindfulness programs primarily in tech startups, integrating practical mindfulness skills and cognitive strategies to optimize performance, collaboration, and purpose. He works with executives, guided by neuroscience, to pursue leadership skills necessary to respond flexibly to ever-shifting challenges. His organizational consulting focuses on strategic changes necessary to carry out mission in a responsive and ethical manner. Israel holds a PhD in Psychology from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and a BA in Psychology from Yale University. He enjoys mountain biking, swimming, tennis, and time with family.

Jonathan Rosenfeld

As a change strategist, Jonathan works with leadership teams and CEOs to develop cultures which maximize engagement, creativity and performance. Jonathan is a respected thought-leader in the field of organizational change, drawing on deep expertise in neuroscience, mindfulness technology and leadership. He began his career teaching Clinical Psychology and Therapy and has since consulted to non-profit and government agencies serving high-risk, hard-to-treat populations. As an executive coach, he serves leaders across the technology, social media, entertainment and aerospace industries. Jonathan received his BA in Psychology from Swarthmore College and his PhD in Clinical Psychology from the San Francisco School of Psychology. Beyond his passion for his family, Jonathan spends time as a whitewater rafting guide for non-profits working on river restoration and providing inner-city children the opportunity to experience the wilderness.

Julie Moore

Julie is passionate about helping leaders and teams have more meaningful, strategic dialogues through deep listening and observation, insightful questions, and skillful facilitation. Over the last decade, Julie has worked in leadership and organizational development both in-house as an HR generalist as well as externally as a management consultant. Prior to Trium, Julie was a human capital manager at Deloitte, working with Fortune 500 organizations on some of their toughest and most complex strategic, cultural and leadership challenges. Julie holds a BA in Communication from the University of Southern California where she graduated summa cum laude. She lives in Los Angeles and loves traveling and food, movies and musical theater, and chasing after her toddler.

Karen Welsh

Karen is passionate about driving effectiveness and evolving best practices throughout organizations. With more than ten years as an operations project manager, Karen is equipped to help Trium teams engage with clients cross-functionally to deliver significant impact. Prior to Trium, Karen was the central corporate leader for store operations at Williams-Sonoma, Inc., and founded her own event planning business. Both experiences contribute to a deep proficiency in designing exceptional off-site experiences for clients. Karen holds a Master of Science in Organization Development from the University of San Francisco, and a BS in Education from the University of Minnesota. Outside of work, Karen enjoys yoga, travel and hiking with her husband and two children.

Katherine Hosie

Over the past thirteen years, Katherine (Kate) has been coaching full-time, accumulating over 10,000 hours of direct coaching experience. She has discovered over time that the more her clients understand and accept themselves, others, and their situation, the easier it is for them to then adapt and flourish. In essence, self-judgment keeps us stuck, whilst awareness and acceptance invite change. Kate earned her MS in Coaching Psychology from the University of Sydney, which specializes in evidence-based coaching, that is, what has been repeatedly proven to be effective. She was President of the International Coach Federation, Australasia, in 2012, leading over 1,300 coaches. She has lived around the world and loves the Bay Area best.

Kim Trajano

Kim delivers exceptional results to her client teams and finds it is not just the work that she does but the people she works with that drive her. Kim first joined Trium as part of our Operations Team where she gained a deeper appreciation for how the foundational, and often behind the scenes, aspects of a business can drive holistic success. She began her career in Operations as Operations Manager for a high-end boutique salon and day spa where she learned how to build a business from the ground up. She holds a BA in Psychology from San Diego State University.

Krisanna Spotswood

Krisanna is passionate about the fundamental processes and leadership behaviors that enable organizations to become agile and adaptive in today’s complex environment. Prior to joining Trium, Krisanna worked with Fortune 500 companies implementing strategic alignment, decision making rights, and operational change as a management consultant at McChrystal Group, and has lived and worked in China, Thailand, Myanmar and Singapore. Krisanna holds a BA in International Studies and Mandarin Chinese as well as an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She loves yoga, hiking, and traveling with an affinity for Southeast Asian cuisine and culture.

Lucy Georgiades

As an Executive Coach, Lucy works with individuals and teams in high-growth companies to help them improve communication, increase productivity, lead more effectively and achieve their goals. Lucy has a keen ability to rapidly map complicated problems in her mind to help clients gain clarity on the path forward. Lucy is an Oxford University graduate with a Bachelors and a Masters in Experimental Psychology. She specialized in cognitive neuropharmacology and vision and brain development. She has diplomas with distinction in Corporate & Executive Coaching and Personal Performance Coaching from The Coaching Academy, U.K. She also has a National Diploma in Fine Art from Wimbledon School of Art & Design and in her spare time enjoys painting.

Marie Edney

Among other areas, Marie is particularly passionate about creating spaces and environments for client teams to have important dialogues and experiences. Prior to joining Trium, Marie supported the CEO of two highly successful companies in both Advertising and Gaming. The experience she gained during those years provided the organizational skills & maturity necessary to launch a new career in Operations at Trium. For Marie, Trium’s culture & team dynamics are unmatched which makes for consistent personal and professional growth & a very happy employee. She has a BS in Business Administration/Marketing from the University of San Francisco and she spent a semester abroad studying Art History at the University of Syracuse, Florence Italy.

Mark Teitell

Mark is a leadership consultant and executive coach who has lived in his clients’ shoes for 25+ years. He was founding CEO of UltraViolet, a joint venture among Hollywood Studios, Tech leaders and major Retailers; advised C-level tech, telecoms and media leaders on strategy as an Oliver Wyman consulting partner; and rose through strategy, marketing, sales and business development in big-corporate and start-up environments. Mark’s career and life arc bring business, psychology, neuroscience, ancient wisdom, and modern wellness into a practical businessperson’s framing and action orientation. He helps leaders and teams recognize blind spots, self-imposed limitations and habitual, constraining ways-of-being and then he designs concrete, action-based plans to help leaders transcend them. Mark has a BA from Brown University and an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School.

Mary Massey

Mary helps leaders and organizations gain insight and overcome obstacles to realize their potential. With over 20 years in the professional services game, she has extensive experience with projects ranging from large-scale go-to-market transformations to senior executive development, managing client relationships in the US and overseas. Mary has partnered with senior executives in globally renowned companies and has an extensive background in financial services. Before joining Trium in 2004, she got her start at Goldman Sachs and ABN Amro Bank. She has an MBA from UCLA and a BS in Business Administration from Miami University.

Michael Bader

Michael is a clinical psychologist who has been practicing psychotherapy for 40 years. He believes that people always strive to realize their best selves, but are often derailed in the pursuit of their goals by beliefs that can be overcome through increased self-awareness and thoughtful experimentation with new behaviors. He co-founded the Institute4Change, an interdisciplinary team of change experts who consult leaders of progressive organizations around issues of strategy and organizational change. He also founded a nationwide coaching program for progressive political leaders. Michael has written four books and has published over 50 articles about the interactions between psychology, culture, and politics. He received his Doctorate of Mental Health from UCSF, and an MS and AB from UC Berkeley.

Michelle Gale

Michelle is a highly trained coach, facilitator, and mindfulness educator. She’s inspired to work with leaders who are willing to first look within themselves for the struggles they find in the world around them, be that in the workplace or otherwise. With a long history working in high growth start-ups, Michelle helped usher Twitter through 350% year after year growth during its early years. She was a key member of the humans resources team, coached leaders, and built their early learning and development programs. She received her Masters in Psychology from Meridian University in 2016 with a focus on the study of consciousness and transformational learning.

Miles Gullingsrud

Miles is passionate about designing the way organizations operate internally. He has 15 years of experience leading internal service teams focused on operational support, facilities, technology, people and culture. With a background in education administration and technology, Miles brings to The Trium Group a blended experience of industrial-strength organizational process design as well as highly agile methods in how operations are delivered. Miles believes that community and relationship are two of the most important bonds that hold a good business together and works to maintain that human-centricity in how operations evolve over time. He has a BA in English Literature from UC Riverside.

Mina Muraki

Mina advises leaders on managing change, with an eye towards making it stick in their corporate culture. Her expertise moves freely from strategy to organizational change to leadership communication. Mina’s 20+ years of experience domestically and internationally lends itself to a broad context and perspective. She began her career with McKinsey & Company, headed up Strategy, Marketing, and Product at a London-based start-up, and was SVP of EMI Music in Asia. Most recently, she was part of the leadership team at Embarcadero Partners, a San Francisco-based consulting firm that works at the intersection of strategy, leadership, culture, and design. Mina holds an AB from Princeton University and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Miriam Reiss

For the past twenty years, Miriam has been a full-time business and career coach, serving clients from C-suite executives to small businesses, in industries including technology, engineering, finance and entertainment. Prior to this, Miriam served as a corporate marketing director and advertising copy chief. At Trium, Miriam’s psychology training and neuroscience-backed coaching approach helps leaders discover their fullest potential by transforming limiting beliefs and behaviors into successful business outcomes. Miriam is certified as a Master Coach, the International Coach Federation’s highest credential. She holds a Masters degree and Soul-Centered Professional Coach Certification from the University of Santa Monica, and a Doctorate from Peace Theological Seminary. Miriam also holds academic degrees from Cornell and Columbia Universities. She enjoys jazz and standup comedy.

Monica Chi

Over the past two decades, Monica has worked with teams to solve complex problems, strengthen their ability to engage in strategic dialogues, and realize their ambitions. Prior to joining Trium, Monica worked with the senior executive team at the Federal Bureau of Investigation post-9/11 on an array of organizational transformation, human capital and leadership development issues. Previously, she was also with Accenture in their Change Management practice. Monica earned a BA with honors in Human Biology from Stanford University, studied at Oxford University and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Natalie Marchant

Natalie is passionate about supporting teams to become more cohesive and high performing. Before joining Trium, Natalie led corporate partnerships for Crisis Text Line, integrating with tech companies to help thousands of people in crisis. Prior to that, Natalie spent 6 years at Google and YouTube in ad sales and content sponsorships, building YouTube’s strategy to monetize its most premium content. Natalie holds a BS in Economics and Social Entrepreneurship from NYU’s Stern School of Business. Natalie grew up in Milwaukee, WI and is a loyal Packers fan.

Paul O’Donovan Rossa

Paul is an accredited Master Coach with a mission of transforming the world through the development of human capability and contribution. With 25 years of global coaching practice, he works with senior leaders and talent in the world’s leading professional services firms, Fortune 500 companies and NGOs. He holds an MProf in Executive Coaching from Middlesex University UK, and is a Master Certified Coach (ICF) and Board Certified Coach (CCE). Paul works to help others deeply experience their lives as constructive and free – and is a devoted family man, the USA’s World Cup table soccer captain, loves Nature in all ways, and has been involved in development groups working for human transformation through meditation, consciousness and Vision Quest for forty years.

Penny Chew

Before joining Trium in 2006, Penny worked as a Controller and Operations Manager for over 10 years in consulting firms. As a mainstay of all Trium operations, she manages the full range of finance and human resources functions. Her role extends to coordinating efforts on our recruiting, facilities management, payroll, employee benefits, and technology teams. Penny holds a BA in Accounting and Computer Information Systems, and an MBA from San Francisco State University.

Philippa Kennealy

Philippa is an ICF-certified coach with zest for leadership excellence. This interest arose during her years as a UCLA-Santa Monica Medical Center hospital administrator, experiencing firsthand the impact of conscious leadership. Philippa has coached senior executives, professionals, and entrepreneur/business owners, and appreciates the commitment to personal growth and learning that inspires her clients to strive, to adapt, and to embrace change. South African-born and a US citizen, Philippa obtained her MD in Johannesburg. After residency, she joined a Santa Monica Family Medicine group. She earned her MPH at UCLA, and her coaching certification through the Coaches Training Institute. She thrives on family and friendships, and revels in the African bush, staying fit, and great movies.

Shannon O’Brien

Shannon O’Brien is an efficiency-ninja with a background in retail leadership, e-commerce, and photography. Prior to joining Trium, she provided marketing and executive support to some of San Francisco’s most notable non-profit organizations. In her free time, she enjoys camping, yoga and crafting with a broad range of mediums. She holds a bachelor’s degree from San Francisco State University.

Tom Drucker

Tom integrates the Principles of Positive Psychology, advances in Neuroscience and Mindfulness with the methods of process improvement, change management and environmental sustainability to craft transformational Leadership Development Programs that drive business growth. Drawing on his experience working with companies of all sizes and industries, Tom delivers client solutions that are tailored to the personalities of the leaders, their corporate culture and the specific challenges and opportunities they are facing. Tom holds an MBA from the Anderson School of Management, and an MA in Clinical Psychology from UCLA, where he was mentored by Viktor Frankl and Abraham Maslow. He and his wife Marcia currently reside in Marina del Rey with their dog Roxie.

Will Harper

Will works at the intersection of strategy, human development and agile organization design, helping leaders and teams develop adaptive ways of thinking and working to accelerate growth. Prior to Trium, Will led organizations as a startup COO and company founder and also worked as a management consultant at Bain & Company and The Ready. He spent the early years of his career in Mexico City, where he first arrived as a Fulbright Scholar. He holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BA in Economics from the University of the South. Outside the office, you’ll find him pursuing some combination of endurance sports, the great outdoors and friendly competition.

Will Kabat-Zinn

Will works to help leaders access what is deepest and best in themselves, clear away barriers to creativity and full expression, and be more skillful and effective in their personal and professional lives. Will has worked with a number of Silicon Valley’s leading innovators and is passionate about helping leaders do transformative personal work in the midst of rapidly changing conditions. He has practiced insight meditation for over 15 years and has taught mindfulness and meditation to hundreds of business and technology leaders. He leads retreats regularly at Spirit Rock and meditation centers around the country. Will holds a BA from Cornell University and an MA in Counseling Psychology from CIIS. He is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a nationally renowned mindfulness and meditation teacher.
